Their service is very bad and their phones get damaged very quickly. When I went to get my phone repaired, they made the problem worse and asked for extra charges. I do not recommend buying & repair phone from here.

5 stars for product availability and service. Before visiting I read reviews online as there were many shops to choose from. I was hesitant due to the negative reviews but over 90% reviews were positive which means that the remaining 10% were of such customers who either usually have expectations other than what reality offers, or were given just to portray a negative picture of the store. What I observed in my brief time at the store and the interactions between various customers and sales staff was that the shop provides varieties of phones/tabs, accessories, and other heavy electronics and goes out of the way to arrange if there is a genuine customer and not some window shopper. Makes sense as the customer who cannot guarantee a sale does not deserve an investment in asset of the shopkeeper, be it for any product. Some of the reviews even asked to compare the prices online and buy. I once bought two apple type c fast chargers from amazon and flipkart each as they were available for less than store price (but not cheap) when they stopped working during warranty period I approached the apple store alongwith the bills but the apple staff informed me that both of them were fake chargers even though they had the packaging similar to the original one (as I had kept it safe, habit). Bought original accessory from this shop with bill at prices less than apple store and never had to visit for any repairs ever. So not all electronics online is original and therefore the price difference. Better trust your local dealer whom you can approach in case of any deviation from facts than the online sites who only reply through chat bot.
