Owner Doesn't know how to serve a customer with etiquette. Please kindly say unavailable instead of your stupid review on our choice.
Shop owner is very knowledgeable and friendly in his dealings. Very satisfied by excellent shop's customer service. Products very nicely displayed and are durable and of high quality. Highly recommend this shop for sanitary and hardware products.
I have been going to this shop for years and have never been disappointed with not just their variety of products but the amazing customer service they provide. The owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable which helps me to narrow down my selection each time! This will always be my go to sanitary and hardware store!
Well i had a nice experience at the shop, after visiting so many of the shops there i got the special locks n handles at this shop. Our doors are very thick which require special locks. They had a huge variety and were so patiently attending to all my queries. They also assisted me on few other things as i am making a new house. There was a guy harneet he was really smart n polite. Thankyou i will always recommend this shop to everyone.
One of the worst customer experiences here. We were looking for a smart lock and didn't know the details of the parts. Expected them to give us the appropriate things. They sold us outdated adapter. When we called for the lock setter, he checked and said the adapter is not suitable for the lock. We went to exchange or return that within a week so we can get the required adapter. But their behavior was rude. I would never recommend anybody to go there. I hope they improve their services and behavior towards customer. I know now other hardware stores who are so kind and also take back the unused hardware within a stipulated time. They also charged much lesser for the same smart lock.
