Avoid this store at all costs. The entire setup is a scam. The owner is extremely unprofessional, and the salesperson is clearly trained to mislead customers. They initially quote a low price for bulk orders, but once you pay the advance, they hit you with hidden charges—often up to 200% more than the original quote. If you ask for a refund, they start avoiding you. If you’re reading a polished response to this review, know that the articulate person behind it wasn’t even present at the store when we visited and has no idea what actually happened. The salesperson showed us a sample with all components included, which we approved. However, after payment, we were suddenly told that the quoted price was only for one component, and the rest would cost extra. I asked them to hold the order while I spoke with over 40 vendors and visited 20 others across Delhi. Every single one of them provided a complete quote inclusive of all components—this store was the only one separating the pricing in such a deceptive way. When I asked for a refund the next day, they falsely claimed the order had already been placed. Only after I provided proof of the timeline and refused to back down did they agree to refund the advance. While I haven’t received the money yet, I hope it comes through.
