I recently took my dog Max to Pet Planet for grooming, and I had a wonderful experience! The grooming services were excellent, and the staff was very professional and caring. A special mention to Rohit, who did an amazing job with Max. He was extremely gentle, patient, and clearly passionate about his work. Max looked so clean, well-groomed, and happy after the session! I truly appreciate the effort and attention given, and I would highly recommend Pet Planet to all pet owners looking for quality grooming services. Will definitely be coming back again!

Took my kid Alfie (beagle) here for grooming and I’m so happy with the experience! He came back looking super neat & clean. The staff was gentle and clearly loves pets. It’s rare to find a place that treats your pet like their own. Highly recommended for all pet parents who want nothing but the best for their fur babies!

I had a fantastic experience at the clinic with Marshall. The staff was incredibly caring and professional, and they guided us through every step of Marshall’s check-up and vaccinations. Highly recommend!"

"I had a very distressing experience at Pets Planet India, Rohini Sector 16. I took my female Rottweiler, Poochho, here because of anal bleeding. Instead of a proper diagnosis, the doctor used extreme fear tactics, telling me the situation was 'critically serious' and 'anything could happen,' implying she had multiple severe underlying diseases. They prescribed daily injections for a week and heavy medication. Seeking a second opinion, I took her to her regular doctor the next morning. It turned out she only needed a simple anal cleaning and was otherwise perfectly fine! The contrast was shocking. It felt like Pets Planet India was trying to exploit my emotional vulnerability by creating unnecessary panic for a minor issue. I spent a night in trauma because of their misleading advice. I strongly advise pet parents to get a second opinion before following their heavy treatment plans."
