I strongly advise against visiting this place...! I took my dog there and they failed to provide proper treatment, despite following their instructions and vaccinations. It's been two months, my dog's allergy has worsened and he's not healing. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they didn't even showed little concern.

Never ever took your pet there if you don’t want your baby to be killed… I took my husky to their facility, and the staff initially instructed me to apply powder to my dog's allergy and then administer injections for five consecutive days. After that, they advised me to change his food. Despite following their instructions for two months, my pet has not shown any improvement. Now, they're recommending that I conduct tests to determine the cause of his allergy, which I believe should have been the first step. I find the staff to be unprofessional, and my pet has been suffering for two months without any healing.

Have taken my dog there for grooming and treatment and haave to day, they are very good. Very friendly and caring. They understand your concerns and take good care of your puppies. I personally always recommend this place to pet owners, very genuine place. The staff is always very supportive

The clinic was good and clean, also the staff was too friendly and helped every possible way they can to treat my sweetheart. My indie male cat was treated nicely and i thank Pet's Planet for their attentive treatment to the pets.
