ASK YOUR DEIT is the best nutritionist I have come across so far. They manage each and everything very well and with almost care for their clients
Took 1 month diet,it was not at all helpful,no difference.They send you weekly diet charts,first week 7day different diets,towards the third and fourth week they send just 3 day diets,same diet alternate days.They lack in personal touch,no follow up.If you haven't lost weight in the end of month,they send you offer package for 3 months,and if you don't sign up for it,you are no good to them.They don't care if you didn't loose.I wasn't asked for any before after pictures.
I am so happy now, this diet plan helped me to loose my weight and to improved my overall health like magic. Thank u so much, you helped me to get back my teen look.
The diet chart prescribed are simple and easy to accommodate without actually feeling that one is on diet. The results of course are absolutely effective!
