I along with my sister got our nails done yesterday. The nails were simple chrome nails with glitter on one finger. I got nailpaint done on my feet too. (Just nailpaint, not nail extensions) They charged a whopping 4900/- for these. I was left speechless at how exorbitant the prices are, while the services were ok, like at every other nail place. The staff was working on other clients before starting with our work, and did not wash/clean their hands and tools. No gloves were worn while working. I even bled from my little finger while they were buffing the nails. I discussed with my colleagues who get their nails done regularly, and they informed me that what I’ve gotten done would easily cost around 800-1000 only. It’s clearly robbing the people. The best place you can go if you want to be disrespected. Such a rude owner. “10 years experience” bullshit… doesn’t even know how to talk to customers. I am sure she is probably a professional but that doesn’t mean she will be disrespectful, i had nail done 2 times in my life till now and both times from pretty nails and my experience was awful. The owner was so disrespectful.. long story both times my nail fell of within a week I thought it was my mishandling but when the second time it happened i went to her shop. I was just curious if i will get any refund so i asked and oh my god wrong choice she went ballistic she started yelling and started comparing other big brands to her’s. I just walked out of the shop because my day was already ruined from her attitude. Long story if you want good nails and don’t want your day to be ruined dont go there Services Nail extensions

Hi I have recently got these extensions from Pitampura outlet. The nail broke within a week on getting the nail extensions done. When I went to get it fixed your receptionist/manager Rajni was extremely rude and disrespectful. Very casually she said that you PRETTY NAILS take no responsibility for this. Only with in 3-4 days you’ll take into consideration. This is extremely exploitative and unacceptable. No customer will ever come back to such hostile environment

I have been going to this place regularly now and it's been a great experience always. The team is really efficient with their work especially Ishu and they always offer all sorts of nail arts and designs available. This place never disappoints. Highly recommended!!

Pathetic experience a lady sitting on reception Rajni should learn how to talk and greet customer . She committed for a pattern and in between said that it can not be done She made false commitments ,We asked for base colour she denied we don’t have that and can’t be arranged in future, she was rude to us and was charging unreasonable charges for a very basic dual shade nail paint . I request owner to atleast keep a staff who have basic manners of talking to customer. Atleast you should have basic things available at studio and if it is not den say that we will look out something else somewhere.
