reception girl behaviour is to bad The staff was pushy with product recommendations and tried to upsell me on every treatment. I just wanted a simple haircut . I have been a loyal customer since early 2023, but my recent experience was absolutely unacceptable. I got my nails done on July 24th, and by July 27th, the base started coming off. When I returned for a fix, the technician not only ignored my request to remove the old base properly but also chipped it off in a dry state, causing significant pain. Despite my clear instructions, he was dismissive and offended, which made the experience uncomfortable. This is the first time I have had to complain, and I'm very disappointed with the service quality. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer care and technique.
