I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience getting my nails done here. The entire process was extremely painful, and when I tried to tell the technician that it was hurting, he dismissed my concerns by saying things like “pain happens” instead of being careful or adjusting his technique. He cut my cuticles far too aggressively, to the point that they started bleeding, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the nails were not applied properly. They were uneven and looked crooked, which shows a lack of attention to detail. I was already unhappy with the service, but to make things worse, one of my nails has already come off in less than a week. Overall, the service felt careless, unprofessional, and insensitive. This was my first time getting my nails done and there could be no better place than this and no better stylist than Shivam. He literally made my nails a canvas for the floral theme I showed him. It was a great experience overall with warm hospitality and expert art. Highly recommended. He made sure that the design I chose was given complete justice. He did this particular one with literally acrylic painting using my nails as a canvas.
