Horrible experience at the west Patel nagar branch!! The cost of the nails was not disclosed initially despite having inquired on the call and upon arrival. The staff said that they will be able to make the given design, only to refuse after 30 minutes of trying!! A complete waste of time. And after I offered to change the design I want, and give a simpler design, she was not able to communicate clearly the pricing of the same. The staff was not at all easy to communicate with, zero professionalism. Would not recommend this place!!

My experience here for really amazing! This is was my second time of nail extensions...I was really very skeptical about it..as my previous one was really bad! But after getting the nails done from here...my hands and nails looked beautiful ❤️ and everyone complimented me for the same.. and the best part my extensions and paint stayed for more than a month... Even after getting the colour changed the extensions stayed there for 1.5 months extra!!! So yes how I would explain their quality and customer satisfaction services! I have been using Pretty Nails and their services for almost 2 years now. Never had any complaint with the nail service .The staff is very cordial and professional. They don’t force any of their opinions on you and rather take into account the kind of nail art you want, and give you exactly the same. Would definitely recommend Pretty Nails EPN. I had a very disappointing experience at Pretty nail ..Patel Nagar. The first time my nails didn’t even last long they started chipping too soon. I decided to give them another chance but it was even worse. A girl named Neha was doing my nails and she literally cut the skin around my nails. It started bleeding.. Loved the experience. Everybody is very nice, kind and warm. They were patient, went above and beyond to help us select a great shade. With such efficient service, they are also priced reasonably. Definitely a must try. Pretty nails has got me addicted to maintaining my nails.
