I had a very disappointing experience at this nail studio on 04th August,2026 From the beginning, the nail artist was rude and argumentative. The price list mentioned ₹500 for gel nail paint, but after we selected a colour, we were told it would cost ₹600 because that particular shade was from a different palette. We agreed to pay the extra amount, but this should have been communicated clearly beforehand. The next morning, the gel nail paint started peeling off. We returned to the studio, expecting the issue to be resolved professionally. Although they did fix the nails, the way we were treated was unacceptable. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the nail artist kept arguing and made comments like, “We have many clients,” implying that the problem couldn’t be due to their work. She also suggested that we might have washed utensils or done something that caused the polish to peel, even though it had started coming off within a day. Everyone can make mistakes, and I appreciate that they redid the nails. However, what truly disappointed me was the attitude and lack of professionalism. Customer service is not just about fixing a problem—it’s also about treating customers with respect. Unfortunately, the rude behaviour and constant arguments made the entire experience unpleasant. I hope the studio works on improving its customer service because no customer should feel blamed or disrespected when raising a genuine concern.

I had a wonderful experience with this nail salon's customized press-on nails service. The set I received was beautifully designed and tailored precisely to my preferences in terms of shape, length....the quality of the nails exceeded my expectations they were durable, comfortable to wear, and looked professionally done. I am extremely satisfied with both the product and the service.

I am OBSESSED with my cat eye nails. Nikita absolutely nailed it, so precise, so neat, so perfect. The colour is insane and exactly what I wanted. They made me try shades properly till I was 100 percent satisfied, no rushing at all. Ishika, the owner, personally made sure everything was done flawlessly and that I was happy. Such professional energy, such good vibes. 10 on 10 experience.

I got gel extensions with a French done on 11th March. To start with, there were two nail technicians working on me, and they kept switching throughout the service. I don’t understand why one technician couldn’t handle a single client. They ended up damaging my cuticles quite badly, one of my fingers was even bleeding, and the others burned intensely whenever acetone was used. Regarding the shape, I had asked for an almond shape, but I had to repeatedly point out that the lengths were uneven and that some nails looked rounder than others, which shouldn’t have been necessary. While the gel application and the French tip itself were done well, things went downhill towards the end. More customers arrived, and the technician started rushing. One of my thumbs wasn’t cured properly, the top coat hadn’t dried, which I only noticed after I had already left. Coming to the quality, the gel used was too transparent. Even with the pink base, you could clearly see where the tip ended, which I’ve never experienced before. I overlooked these issues initially, but now that it’s been two weeks, the nails have completely lost their shine. I even had to apply a regular top coat myself because that’s how dull they looked. I understand that two weeks is a fair amount of time, but I’ve had my nails done many times before and they usually grow out but never lose their shine like this. I’ve visited this salon multiple times hoping for a better experience, but this latest visit was the worst. Absolutely disappointing!! I asked for a simple lemon-themed design, and the result looked nothing like it, poorly shaped and carelessly done, rather looking like a shrunken grape. More concerning, the technician cut my finger during the process. It bled, and instead of apologising, the staff were dismissive. This kind of service is unacceptable for the amount they charge. Given the consistently poor quality and lack of accountability, I would strongly advise avoiding this place. Had an amazing nail art done by Nikita, its my first time visiting here and they have met my expectations. Must visit!
