Honest Review: 1. Price & Value: Although the nails look decent and are quite similar to the design I showed them, the price is absolutely not worth it. They first told me it would cost ₹X, but after finishing, they asked me to pay ₹200 extra — which is unreasonable. I only asked for 6 stones on two fingers and two simple designs on the others, so the extra charge made no sense. 2. Service Quality: They didn’t apply gel to my nail extensions, saying my nails were “too short.” That’s just an excuse to save cost. When I got my nails done for my wedding at a high-end salon, my extensions were short too, but they still applied gel to make them strong. Here, they only used glue and simple nail paint — no gel, no strengthening — yet charged a premium. 3. Manager’s Behavior: The manager is very unprofessional. He doesn’t listen carefully and keeps saying “ho jyga, ho jyga” without actually understanding what you want. When you show him an inspiration photo, he replies, “photo me se exact same kaise nikalunga?” and doesn’t even look at it properly. I also showed him a picture of my previous nails to explain the length I wanted, and he rudely said, “photo me se kaise pta chalega length?” — is that how you talk to a customer? Very disappointing attitude. 4. Limited Options: They hardly have any color options. Every time you ask for a particular shade, they say “exact color nahi milega.” But that’s what customers are paying for — to get what they like, not to settle for less. If I can’t even get the color I want, then what’s the point of spending so much?also they will not show you photos of other clients who got their nails done you 'll ask them more than once but they will never show you. 5. Overall Experience: Overall, the nails are decent in look but definitely not worth the price or the behavior. Poor professionalism, limited choices, and unnecessary extra charges.
