I got my nail extensions done at this place and chose cat-eye magnetic nails. And, I had a terrible experience. I paid 1850 rs, but the nail paint started peeling off within just 2–3 days. I went back to get it fixed, and even after they redid it, the polish peeled off again the very next day. My nails ended up looking terrible with chipped and peeling paint. I went here on 9th Nov and got a gel refill done, along with chrome on all fingers and foiling on 4. Their charge for this service was a whopping Rs. 2000. I requested any number of ways for them to be reasonable as this is not a nominal cost for this service as per the area. These are rates for nail salons in Vasant kunj. Infact the salon in Pacific Mall charges Rs 1200 for the exact same service. But the owner gave me a measly discount of 200 and refused to budge. They said their service is top quality and their products are high quality also. However , three days later , one of my nails chipped which I had to go back to get repaired. They repaired it free of cost. The free of cost is not an upside when you consider the time I have to take out just to go get a nail fixed. And now, within 10 days, here is a picture of another nail chipping. Clearly they should give better reasons for charging so much for their services because their product quality is sub par.
