Pathetic experience with your salon. The first visit, the girl who was asked to do the nails, fought in front of me with the person about it wasn’t her turn. She unwillingly did the nails. I told her specifically that I don’t like narrow on front nails but she still files them to be narrow at front instead of soft square then I had to ask her to make them oval. It didn’t stop here. All locks got broken within 5 days and the nail base got separated from the gel layer it became so irritating. I had to complaint to them. They asked to do a fix and to visit again. Now after I visited for a fix, a guy had to do the fix, they first made fun of the girl that did the nails earlier. Did back bitching about her and then started working on fixing my nails. Told that guy that I don’t need a heavy layer of product on my nails, but he did not listen. Kept on saying ye dobara kharab ho jayega product nahi lagaya toh. I told him I don’t like narrow at the front or pointy nails but he insisted that he will do it and I will like it. I clearly said don’t do it as it will literally make me get in a bad mood. But he did not listen and did pointy nails I told him I don’t need heavy glitter but he kept on saying itni patli later ka kya fayda. When I got angry and said do what I like not what you like he said I can go for a darker colour. He gave me no options brought out only one colour and tried to do how he wanted it. At the end the nails were not painted at all at the front edge and then after I left the salon I saw that the top coat wasn’t even cured properly. I completely regret visiting your salon the first time and then I regret even more to revisit for a fix. Updating on 5th July - The repaired nails also got all their lock broken the very next day. I got rid of these nails after a week only that means on 30th June. After more than a month of removing these, I still have extremely damaged nail beds that still hurt after a month. My nail beds have never suffered so much. Never ever choose them as they complete lack the correct skills and are looting people of their health and money.

Worst experience ever….i had warned in the starting itself as ‘m visiting after a long time because of my bad experience…and they did the same thing again…… The nail paint they have done is worst …the sizes does not match as well ….very bad

I got my nails done from Mona.. she’s so experienced and good in her work. I’m totally impressed by her art and her creativity. She guided me in such a good way and made me feel so relaxed throughout the process. I’m highly satisfied with her work and would absolutely visit again to get my nails done from Mona. There nail service is really pathetic. The prices are also not transparent. They put up offers but after after getting the service they charge more. The quality of products used is very bad. The extensions doesn't even last for 2 weeks. I would never recommend this nail studio for taking any service. Pathetic staff pathetic service
