Nailashes - Lajpat Nagar

I am writing to share my experience at your studio today, as a loyal customer of three years. I have consistently appreciated your nail art services; however, I encountered a significant issue during my recent visit. I had scheduled an appointment yesterday with a specific artist for today at 4:15 PM, and I received confirmation from a new staff member that this timing was noted and that the artist would be ready for my arrival. Unfortunately, upon my arrival, I discovered that my booked artist had been assigned to another client, leaving me in a waiting area for over 30 minutes. This experience was quite disappointing, especially considering my longstanding relationship with your studio. It felt as though my time and commitment as a client were not acknowledged. Additionally, the manner in which the salesgirl communicated with me was less than professional. I believe it is important to address the situation regarding the salesgirl at the reception. I would appreciate any assistance you could offer in bringing this matter to the appropriate attention. Thank you for considering my feedback. Best regards, Yusra Services Nail art
