She is the worst makeup makeup artist, I got my bridal makeup done from her on 18th of July , she just spoiled my THE day look , something I can never get back, I will never recommend her to anyone , firstly the location where the studio is a damp place ,no proper changing rooms and no proper washrooms, not enough lightening and the bridal makeup she did in just 20 mins and even the makeup products were not branded , there was no proper eye makeup , just applied lot of foundation as a base and highlighter ,I just felt so under confident seeing the look , i was not at all satisfied with the look, and the amount she charges is 34k too too high for her quality of makeup she does , she didn't even tie up my duppattas in proper way and look, all my duppattas were just tied with single safety pin which , all got removed when I reached venue , whole time I was just trying to manage the duppattas, there was no proper hair do , everyone was just in so rush ,Everyone just left for the next venue and i was left with some help boy though i told her i was not satisfied with the look and hairdo , it's almost 5 months but whenever I see the pictures of my wedding it's feels the worst decision I trusted her, would never recommend anyone to spoil the lifetime event look. This is a lifetime regret. and she spoiled my dream look . I would recommend everyone to be very cautious choosing your bridal makeup artist . Will never recommend anyone to her. She is just a spoiler. I can keep writing but just , but don't want this to happen with any other bride.

I have booked them 4 months ago ! For my wedding coming on next month for venue makeup One month from now my wedding is near and she is calling me and telling me that either come to their salon or cancel the booking.. because of some if her personal reasons. I agree the reason she gave is genuine but idk whether it is true or not. It is extremely unprofessional behaviour of taking bookings and then changing as per the requirement. Stating either you can take refund or come to salon. And her salon is far away from my location. They should consider all the facts. And above all i called her then i got to know else they didnt have any kind of responsibility to tell me. Extremely unprofessional behaviour of them. Above to this its been 8 months she told me while cancelling my booking that she is carrying a baby and the doctor suggested her not to travel and its been 8 months? What about the baby? Atleast you should not have lied. I am glad I haven't got dressed up from you. Who lie like this? And after my wedding I never refereed ypu to anyone. Glad I had my makeup with the someone who is extremely professional and even my video's got viraled she done the makeup so well. Preeti Mam is doing exceptionally well with her makeup . She is not only professional but also build bond with her brides as well as with her students . I’m the current student of her batch and her teaching skills are just mind blowing . She is connected with each n every student . She is very humble and nurturing each of us as her own child . There is no words left which can give justice to her work and talent . We have seen how she transform her brides. Her make-ups are flawless and all her brides looks gorgeous. She give personal attention to all details from small safety pins to jewellery, which no other make up artist can do or doing . She is very punctual and so well organised. She always teach her students the same that is to have plan B if plan A is not working . She can never fail and she knows how to turn the table around . I’m soo lucky to have a mentor like her . Best Makeup Artist. i was a fresher when i joined the coarse, she is very humble n teaches so well. my personal experiance is she is the best makeup artist whoever wants to learn makeup dont think just join Preeti Gera Academy n be the best makeup artist.

Hello Mam I'm your 18th Feb 2022 bride who came late in the morning. I liked your makeup it was just awesome. Everyone till today compliments me for the look which you created but the service provided by your staff is really not well. The girl who helped me in wearing blouse was just pathetic and rude. She pulled by blouse so harshly that one of it's latkan which was stucked somewhere got broken. She even didn't opened lehenga frame from inside. Nobody helped me when I was returning after the makeup on the stairs..all the staff were just sitting and watching.Atleast we have some courtesy in ourselves we will help unknown too when someone is not able to walk on stairs but what too say.My story was not shared even on insta. So apart from makeup service which you provide should also be improved because we are paying heavily for that. But yes the makeup you did was just awesome. Thank u a lot for this. Hope these issues would be solved and no other brides will face this
