Came here to learn makeup, leaving with so much more. MAMA gave me confidence I didn’t know I had, mentors who felt like family, and memories I’ll carry forever. Portfolio Day tears said everything my words can’t. Forever grateful for this beautiful journey.

Some places teach you a skill. MAMA Academy gave me a whole chapter I’ll carry forever. I walked in wanting to learn makeup, but somewhere between the brush strokes, the laughter, the tears and the endless “Khushi, idhar aa,” I found confidence, people who felt like home and memories I’ll never stop talking about. Gagan Ma’am — I don’t think I’ll ever forget our random dance breaks. You made the classroom feel lighter, celebrated our wins like they were your own and believed in me in ways I’ll always be grateful for. Thank you for reminding me that learning can be joyful too. Deepa Ma’am — where do I even start? Pulling your leg became one of my favorite hobbies and your “Khushi, sugar coat nai… tu toh puri sugar daal rahi hai mere pe!” is something I’ll laugh about for a long time. Thank you for letting me be unapologetically myself, for correcting me with so much love, and for becoming someone I’ll genuinely miss. Sajana Ma’am — thank you for your patience and calm energy. You always had a way of making things feel easier and your encouragement meant more than you probably know. Anita Ma’am — thank you for teaching us hair with so much patience. You made us believe that with enough practice, even the hairstyles that looked impossible would eventually become possible. Kanak — you’re genuinely one of the sweetest souls I’ve met. I don’t even know how many times I’ve called you at the most random hours asking, “Which reel should I post?” or “How’s this content?” and you never once made me feel like I was bothering you. You always had an opinion, always hyped me up and somehow cared about my journey as much as I did. Thank you for being my content therapist, my biggest cheerleader, and such a beautiful human. And Guddu Bhaiya — thank you for being the person everyone could count on. No matter what we needed, you were always there with a smile and those little acts of help never went unnoticed. These two months went by in the blink of an eye. I came here to become a better makeup artist, but I’m leaving with mentors who feel like family, friendships I’ll hold onto and a version of myself that’s so much more confident than the girl who walked in on day one. Somewhere between the brush strokes I found confidence. Somewhere between the laughter and the tears, I found home. Thank you MAMA Academy, for giving me so much more than a profession. More than an academy, it became an experience I’ll always be grateful for. 🤍 Joining MAMA Academy was one of the best decisions I made for myself. I came here with the intention of improving my makeup skills, but I’m leaving with so much more — confidence, beautiful memories, genuine friendships, and mentors who made these two months truly special. What made this journey different was the people. Every class had something new to learn, but there was always laughter, encouragement, fun conversations and moments that made even the stressful days feel worth it. A huge thank you to all my mentors for sharing your knowledge, correcting my mistakes, pushing me to do better and always encouraging me to believe in myself. Your guidance has played such an important role in my growth, not just as an artist but as a person too. ❤️ I’m especially grateful for all the little moments — the random laughs, the behind-the-scenes madness, the practice sessions, the mistakes we learned from and all the memories created along the way. These are the things I know I’ll remember the most. I started this journey hoping to become a better makeup artist, and I’m walking out feeling like a more confident version of myself.
