Disclaimer: Genuine Unpaid Review My experience at the Red Fox Makeup Academy in Delhi, where I enrolled for a 2-month certification course, unfortunately fell short of my expectations in several aspects. While the academy made several enticing promises during the admission process, the reality of my time there left much to be desired. One of the most pressing issues I faced was the disparity in behaviour between students who pressure the academy to fulfil its accountability and students who do not question their accountability to the academy. It felt as though the academy's staff often overlooked the needs and concerns of paying students, creating a sense that our investment in the course was not being respected. Another significant drawback was the apparent absence of effective management at the academy. Instead, it appeared that the academy was being run by a select group of individuals who seemed to have their own agenda. This resulted in a lack of adherence to basic rules and regulations, contributing to a chaotic and unprofessional learning environment. A well-functioning educational institution should have strong and capable management in place to ensure the smooth operation of courses and the welfare of students. Furthermore, it was evident that the value of skilled and knowledgeable trainers was not properly recognized within the academy. This disregard for instructors' expertise and teaching abilities significantly hindered the quality of education provided. In an ideal learning environment, an educational institution should prioritize and promote its talented trainers to ensure students receive the best possible education. A concerning practice I observed during my time at the Red Fox Makeup Academy was the undue pressure placed on students to provide positive ratings on platforms like Google. This pressure often came in the form of gifts or incentives, which not only compromises the integrity of the academy but also stifles the honest feedback that is essential for growth and improvement. In conclusion, my experience at the Red Fox Makeup Academy was marked by disappointment due to a variety of issues, including unequal treatment of students, ineffective management, undervaluing of skilled trainers, and questionable rating practices. I believe that the academy has significant room for improvement in these areas, and I hope that they take these criticisms seriously to provide a better learning environment for future students. Firstly, My intention was to provide a sincere and comprehensive evaluation of my experience at your academy, considering all aspects of the course and the services provided. It's unfortunate that this was taken in a negative light, as my goal was to offer feedback that could contribute to the betterment of your institution. Regarding the pending fee matter, I am prepared to provide evidence, incl. bank statements & screenshots, to substantiate my claims. These documents will demonstrate that my review was not influenced by any financial disputes. Furthermore, I am disturbed by the insinuation that I have used multiple Google accounts to post misleading or negative reviews. This accusation is baseless and tarnishes my reputation. Most concerning, however, is the behavior of your academy representative. I possess call recordings where she offered me a bribe to change my review, along with a promise of a written apology. This is not only unethical but also calls into question the integrity of your academy's approach to feedback and criticism. In light of these issues, I urge you to reconsider the way feedback is handled at your academy. I hope this statement clarifies my position and dispels any misunderstandings regarding my review. Red fox academy self makeup course is great. The staff are polite and teach from basic product knowledge to how to apply the product. And staff is very polite and will guide u in every step of makeup application. The price is really affordable.. And it helped me alot in to improve my skills in makeup.
