Iza Setia Makeovers | BEST MAKEUP ARTIST IN DELHI

Worst experience. Staff is very arrogant. I believe they are using low quality product. I went for keratin and my eyes got swallowed after 10 minutes of product use. It was most expensive product, as per their claim. After this happened, sales executive and person from reception got disappear. I got severe eye infection after that and got treated for 1 week. Even i have taken some beauty services. That was not good. Staff is not trained.

It was good on the first couple of visits because the barbers seemed to work sincerely to keep us 'new customers' happy. Eventually the quality of service deteriorated. Given some respect, the barbers started thinking they are hotshots and customers are idiots. In the initial visits, a face cleanup lasted for half an hour. The same face cleanup was wrapped up hurriedly in ten minutes in my last visit. They swindle money in the absence of the owners and charge whatever amount they like. On pointing out these lapses in service to the owner, we got the response, "Please try to come earlier so that the barbers don't hurry up and also buy a higher package." No thanks.

Absolutely amazing! 💖 💖 I booked my bridal make up from Iza, and she is just flawless. I would recommend her to every bride for her special day. Just trust her and she will do the magic. Uses premium brands, Decently priced, very hygienic, super cooperative, and a really nice person! Also, she has a great team of professionals for hairstyling. Highly satisfied. Very bad experience though… I booked a party makeup in which they are using a Nykaa foundation… Like seriously… and the makeup get fade away within 2 hours… the choice or lashes are also very bad… senior artists are not trained and not even the hair stylists… they only have two main hairstylists who are handing all of us..

My makeup experience was too good ! Pooja do a very nice and descent makeup and suzu doing a very good hairstyle what I want and the atmosphere was so comfortable and positive vibes

Accordance to the first visit, hospitality could've been better, wearing casual house clothes treated like just let me cut the hair and make him leave, on the other hand communication was on point and asking according to the needs, vibe is nice. Just that judging according to clothes isn't the way you want to be treated, paying money mostly for the brand value is fine but treating customers isn't there and the guy I guess the manager is like always communicating with others but as a casually dressed person didn't pay any heed to me . All in all great haircut but just serve the customer right, they only what matter to you

Not the best for wedding makeup to be honest. I booked her for my engagement makeup she did a great job there but I wont reccommend her for wedding makeup at all. Almost every bride she does the same makeup. There is no variety of Lenses, lip shades available. Whatever you show as a makeup inspiration she will do what she wants.

Was a bit hesitant before getting a haircut as I had really long hair but wanted a makeover as I was done with chemically treated hair and wanted short length. The haircut was beautifully done. I waited till my first wash after haircut and styling and was amazed that it still looked amazing. I was going for a plain look but the hairstylist convinced me and did layered cut. Thank you so much
