experiance is so bad..staff are Rude & not corporative, They told me Gents are not allowed in there saloon/studio even in reception area of 2nd floor , but there are mostly male makeup/Hari artist work for there saloon/studio, They are also not allowed for Photographers for bridal shoots after the makeup done or befor. So everyone Book that makeup studio after considering that such thing's.. My overall experience is very poor..

I never imagined I would have to write this about my bridal experience. On 25th November, I visited Guneet Virdi Studio (Defence Colony) for bridal makeup along with my friend. However, my friend was not allowed inside, and all my belongings were kept at the reception area. I was taken inside alone to get ready. Later, several of my most emotionally valuable wedding items — my kaleere, saree, jewellery set and shawl (worth approx ₹35,000+) — went missing from the studio. These were not just material things; they were deeply connected to my wedding memories. Shockingly, my kaleere were seen being worn by another bride at the studio. When questioned, I was told there was confusion because that bride’s items were also missing. Instead of taking accountability, I was assured that CCTV footage would be checked and the matter would be resolved. However, I have not been shown complete footage nor properly compensated. What hurt me even more was the insensitive response I received later — I was told to “think of it as if they got lost in a temple” or to consider it as if I had “donated them.” For a bride, hearing this about her wedding belongings is extremely heartbreaking. Throughout the process, I found the behaviour of Guneet and the staff to be rude, dismissive and lacking empathy. This entire experience caused me immense emotional distress during one of the most important times of my life. I genuinely hope no other bride has to go through something like this.

Senior Artist Sonia did my makeup and WOW💕 absolutely amazing! She did a fab job and made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. My makeup looked flawless and lasted all day.
