I really like the service of Shivani garg salon. The all staff was so humble, and kind. And my makeup was awesome everyone complimented me and my sis for the beautiful makeup. They guys makeing my day so special😊😊 …
I would strongly recommend to book Shivani Garg. I booked party makeup for 20th July and it was so flawless and fantabulous. The makeup was intact for 7-8 hours. Since 20th was a humid day and I was on mask for several hours but this makeup was non-transferable. Everyone in the party love my makeup and I got the best hairstyle suggested by Shivani. Thank you for the wonderful service. See you soon. Positive Punctuality, Cleanliness, Quality, Professionalism, Value Services Makeup
I contacted multiple makeup artists to check slots and clear some basic concerns. I spoke to the assistants of Poonam Bhati, Parul Garg and Vashvi, and I truly appreciate their behavior — they were polite, patient and professional. However, my experience with Shivani Garg’s team was extremely disappointing. The assistant spoke very rudely and with a lot of attitude. I was told to “book first, then doubts will be cleared.” What shocked me the most was that the call was disconnected abruptly while I was still speaking. This level of disrespect towards a potential customer, especially a bride-to-be, is completely unacceptable. If this is how their team communicates before booking, it seriously raises concerns about the quality of service afterwards.
