The worst experience ever. The main artist/owner, Shivani Garg is extremely rude and does not know how to talk to clients. She started shouting at us in middle of makeup for no reason and made the bride cry. They don't trust the clients and keep on asking for money (as small as 100 rs for some accessory) in middle of makeup even when all the other payment (in thousands) has been done upfront. I told them that I will pay at the end as my phone was kept somewhat far but they didn't agree. They overdrew my lipstick and when I asked to correct, they started shouting at me that you should tell this before hand. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone! My sister got ready by Shivani ma'am on her D-Day. We had decided on the same date that I will also get ready by Shivani ma'am on the same day. It was Airbrush Bridal Makeup by Shivani ma'am. The makeup was flawless, smooth and best in finishing. It stayed well also. We are thankful to you ma'am for your great work. Keep doing best work. Lots of love

Won’t recommend engagement and bridal makeup. I got my Engagement and Bridal makeup done by senior artist on 2nd and 3rd February. Engagement makeup lasted only for two hours and became cakey and cracked. Also, I’ve booked for HD makeup where they assured me to use Huda beauty palette and NARS products but they only used local products for engagement look. On bridal makeup i reached late for which they charged me 3000 extra. First they ruined my mood completely when i raised concern for poor engagement makeup. Manager (who booked my makeup) was really rude. Behaviour wise, Makeup artist and hair stylist were good but they were in so hurry that they left the venue without draping lehenga dupatta in a right manner. I think this is the fault of manager for not providing them facilities for late shift. Neither did they open cancan. They didn’t provide me the desired hairdo also. They are only good at party makeup look. Won’t recommend the place to any bride. Don’t spoil your big day.

I have never experienced worse service than this. They promised that the bride would be ready by 8:30 PM, but she wasn't ready until 10 PM. The entire wedding procession had to wait for two hours, and she only reached the venue by midnight. I would never recommend this service to anyone. The bride's makeup was dull, and the lehenga draping was poorly done. She was uncomfortable throughout the entire wedding. The bride arrived at their studio at 3 PM and had to wait nearly five hours before her makeup even started. Please save you wedding day and do go there.

Shivani Garg mam is the bestest makeup artist and very professional and friendly staff. Great services 🥰. You can blindly trust on her and see her magic working on you on your special day. Choosing MSG is the best decision for my Bridal makeup. shivani mam dolled me up beyond my expectations. Makeup was so flawless and i dont have words here to express my feelings. She made my day , every single person was so amazed to see my look . I must highly recommend MSG to others , even the staff is also very supportive . I must say there is some magic in shivani mam’s hands Love yaa❤️❤️

Very supportive people with great service

I got the bridal makeup done from Shivani Garg on 14 Feb 2025. I really liked the makeup. She is really good. good. The makeup stayed till the next day. However due to the negligence of supporting staff, I got 1.5 hrs late from the supposed ready time. Despite knowing that my ready time is earlier than the other bride...they still sent her before me for the makeup and I had to compromise with my photo shoot because of this.. I asked them several times to send me as I will get late but they said that they will manage... since I got 20 mins late to the studio they said it will take 20 mins more.. they called me 5 hours before... my ready time was 8 pm and I left the studio at 9.30 pm... Loved the makeup... But due to the shortage of time I couldn't even get the last minute touch ups etc. Highly disappointed because of their mismanagement.
