Yashika Makeovers

We had a terrible experience with this service. They charged us ₹8,000 for hairstyling, but on the day of the event, they refused to send their stylist. When we requested a refund, they flatly denied it. The owner, Yashik, was extremely unprofessional and dismissive, stating, “Complain to whoever you want, you won’t get your money back.” Their customer service is extremely poor, and they lack basic professionalism. Many of the positive reviews seem to be fake. I strongly advise against using their services, as they are highly unreliable and untrustworthy.

Bridessss…. Please be aware Yashika and her team are very unprofessional and unethical .. Brides please be careful before making your decision.. they completely ruin you wedding day.. we have worst experienced with Yashika makeovers. It’s a night mare for us. Please be very careful. We had booked a glass look makeup and pre-bridal session with Yashika. Everything was fine until two days before the wedding. The night before the wedding, we spoke to the coordinator, Param, and informed them that we would be arriving with the bride and four other girls for party makeup. However, when we arrived the next day, neither Yashika nor her team was there. We reached the venue at 11:30 AM and waited for Yashika until 3 PM, but she never showed up. Her team kept giving us excuses, none of which were true. My sister’s makeup was done by one of their staff members, and it was extremely basic and substandard. After taking such a huge amount of money from us, Yashika and her team completely cheated us without any prior notice. They ruined my sister’s wedding day, making it a horrible experience. I strongly request everyone not to waste their time and money on this team. We booked them thinking they were a reputed brand, but they turned out to be unprofessional and unethical. Yashika and her team didn’t even bother to call or send an apology message. Please be aware! # pathetic experience # worst people # they are only content creator

Anjali, khushi and Tanni all were very polite and cooperative. They understand well that what there client wants, what look they need and they really give the exact look as you expect.

We booked our prebridal session for my friend. The staff is so polite and specially neha mam....she gave us the best services and her kind way of handling made the sessions more smooth for us.best experience for grooming services provided by Neha mam.

Extremly expensive Rs 500 for boys 4-5, minute haircut. Beaware and ask rates always. Service was strictly average

Worst experience in makeup so far. They make false promises when booking and jus)t do nothing on the D-Day. Ruined my look completely on the engagement and wedding of my daughter even when we had taken one sitting before to explain the look I wanted. I wasted my money by taking their celebrity makeup. My daughters would have done better than what they did. They made me wait for 2 hours before starting my makeup. Sarah, the manager is too rude and unprofessional and was shouting at us unnecessarily. Really hate it.

Bunch of cheaters! They charge for celebrity makeup but end up giving you basic makeup, falsely claiming it will be done by a senior artist. I was shocked to see the chaos they created in the basement of the salon—it looked like a fish market! Every artist there claimed to be a senior artist and was doing “celebrity makeup,” which was clearly a lie. The hairstylist was in such a hurry and didn’t even know how to do proper curls. They completely ruined my look for an important family function. I would appreciate it if you could first let me know what resolution you are offering regarding this experience. This was an important occasion for me, and unfortunately, the poor makeup and hairstyling genuinely affected and ruined my day. I’m open to discussing the matter further, but I would like this to be addressed meaningfully rather than simply being asked to call the business number.

Rude and Abusive Receptionist – The receptionist, Sara, was shockingly rude. She was shouting at clients, speaking in an abusive tone, and even threatening people. This is not how any business should treat paying customers. Low Quality Work – The makeup was cakey and poorly done, despite us paying the full amount she asked. The staff was rude, unskilled, and didn’t seem to care about the final result. This place is clearly just about making money with zero regard for customer service, hygiene, or professionalism. I strongly recommend avoiding Yashika Makeovers if you care about your time, money, and experience.

Really bad experience at Yashika Makeovers on my sister’s wedding day. Staff and management especially is extremey rude and unprofessional. They took booking of 10 brides for same day. Too much rush in the parlour. Had to wait 2.5 hours for the makeup to start. When we told the management, they just kept repeating that “mam don’t panic”. Why should I not panic? Reached the wedding venue 1.5 hours late. Also, they did makeup in a hurry, and I had to ask them to redo my makeup thrice. When I complained about my eyebrows, they said your eyebrows only are not good enough. Too much stress. Not worth it when we paid more than lakh. Sara, the manager is the most rude person.
