Unprofessional, rude and unapologetic owner and staff. Pathetic make up and hair style. Your curles open up mid function. Make up shows crease lines. Ruined my all the functions. Please please I highly recommend to not put your faith in her services.

I got ready from their senior makeup artist aishani many times and everytime she do fabulous job!! I love getting ready from her since she just do the makeup as you want. looking forward to get ready from her againn!!!

The Makeup done by the team looked good on the day of the event and has come out good in the pictures but the draping of saree and dupatta was very bad. The makeup has later given me an allergy on my face and i have one more event to go and there is no way to cure it. Their brushes and sponges looked dirty and they did not sanitise any product before using it again Not booking again with them and will not suggest anyone also.

This was my first time getting my makeup done by a professional and I have to tell you that it was absolutely amazing! It was light, natural, as per my request and most importantly I was looking like myself. Would absolutely recommend !

This is the third time this has happened, and it is completely unacceptable. Every time I call in advance to reserve a manicure and pedicure appointment for my mother, your staff confirms a time slot. We then travel in the extreme daytime heat, paying for transport ourselves, only to be told after arriving that there is no slot available and we need to wait for one hour. How can you confirm appointments and then casually deny them when customers arrive? What is the point of taking reservations if you cannot manage them properly? What is even more disappointing is that my mother is elderly, yet your staff had no shame in asking her to wait for an hour despite knowing we had a confirmed booking. On top of that, the hospitality was terrible—not even basic courtesy like offering water. This level of mismanagement, disrespect, and poor customer service is shocking. Customers should avoid visiting a salon where confirmed bookings mean nothing and staff behavior is this careless and unprofessional.
