My experience with Hair Mafia was really awesome. I really admire the work of Mr. JAVED, and personally recommend to the new person who visit the saloon. He's very supportive and did a very good job as a hair stylist, the way he cut the hairs and did beard with finest I give 5 stars to the hair mafia.

This was my first visit there and I am completely satisfied. The staff are professional and humble. I was relaxed by the head massage given by Mr. Jatin. Also he did amazing hair spa on my chemical treated damaged hair . Just waiting for my next visit there. Thank you team for amazing work you do. I took Silk therapy+ pre bridal services which were very good. Amir, Muskan & Salmaan are good in their work and would love to visit again. Really impressed with the silk therapy love my hair now

Had a really great experience with Mohit and chetan

There should be an option to give a negative star- i would have give. -5 stars, for now i dont have choice so giving only 1 star. Very very disappointed with the experience: Firstly, I have taken a complete hair transformation treatment from Arshad (the dresser and not the owner). Initially for 2 days my hair looked good, the color was good, keratin was good. within just 2 days my keratin was gone completely. I onserved for 2 weeks (almost 15 days), my hair become soooo frizzy and sooo damaged. Not just this, my hair started to fall alot and that too so much that I have to take treatment from the dermat till today to get this fixed. After 15 days, when I went back to show about what has happened with my hair, the hair dresser Arshad was not available and the owner Arshad checked my hair and he himself went in doubt whether I have taken this Keratin from their salon or not. Next day I went again to show this to Arshad the hair dresser, he said that now I will need to take another set of treatments like Hair spa, and Olaplex. Also he committed that he will do my keratin again for free after sometime. A big nonsense. I dont know was I the fool? Such a big disaster you guys made and then compensating a customer like this. This was not all, I even started with first session of hair spa which went ok with arshad the dresser. In next hair spa, arshad was not available so there was an accompanying person with Arshad who did my keratin with him. I took hair spa from him. He was so rudee and abrupt. I went to salon at almost 8:30 firstly he told me ki ap itni late ajaty ho hume ghar nikalna hota hai and then he just kept the hair spa for 15 mins like a formality and when I asked is it done so he was so rude and said - ab mai apko pura din leky thodi na bethunga.. such a creep. I paid 2000 rs. for the spa which was a big FORGE in comparison to the services they are hiving. I never wana go for this type of disguisting services ever.

Went to hair mafia today and they have the best staff working there. Got some hair treatments and facial done. Had this beautiful girl working there named diksha and she knows her job really well. Got the amazing experience there would love to come back again.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Hair Mafia. I got a keratin treatment from Arshad (dresser), and within two days, it completely wore off. My hair became frizzy, damaged, and started falling out severely, forcing me to seek medical treatment. When I went back, the owner doubted I even got the treatment there, and Arshad only offered more costly treatments instead of resolving the issue. The staff was rude during follow-up visits, and the overpriced hair spa was a joke, rushed in 15 minutes with no results. Horrible service, unprofessional staff, and a total waste of money. Avoid this place!

Very good services . Staff has very polite behaviour specialy anu . I try to visit again.
