Osho Dham

My review for Osho commune pune (my experience is so great that it was not possible not to mention here) Following silent sitting after dynamic meditation gives tremendous result in meditation. Adding gourishankar meditation in night is further boost to witnessing and living into inner space. I am thankful to everyone there for the rapid growth I am having in inner being. I want all of them and entire world to be into same space of inner world. Meditations for longer period is just a bit difficult;not more than that. With persistance we can enter into inner layer of our being. It's very normal for one to feel living in own comapny. It's cosmic experience and easily happen with persistance in meditation activity for atleast 3 months and 8 hours of meditation each day ( like dynamic + silent sitting + silent sitting + kundalini + evening meeting + a night meditation) One need to go through Osho's guidance on how to choose right meditation techniques given in Meditation : first and last freedom and read meditation techniques thoroughly before doing it each time. Doing techniques as per directions given from meditation booklet and with totality help easily to deepen meditation. Reading techniques each time again helps to follow it precisely in case something was missed in last meditation. This is such a great experience that one may no longer want to have any company. Gradually One may find so called friendship an obstacle in going deep into meditation. It smoothen everything without any disturbance to others. Osho says, just care for meditation and other unnecessary things will drop automatically if they are really unnecessary. Osho says, witnessing everything and only natural thing will remain if it is natural. My love and regards and wishes to everyone to go into meditation journey. My experience for Osho dham ,delhi Many Sanyasis have been showering and receiving love, meditating at the place. I have seen many Sanyasis and lovers of Osho coming here with enthusiasm and return with great contentment. This has make the place important place for Osho's meditators. Osho's places have immense contribution in transforming many sanyasis's life and can transform anyone life upto enlightenment. One of few places where Cleansing Therapies designed by Osho like, 1) Osho mystic rose, 2) born again, 3) Osho no-mind therapy are facilitated here at normal rate.

Reasons to visit the place :- 1) Great ambiance away from the city 2)Great mentors from whom you can ask all your queries related to meditation etc. 3) Great Food 4) Amazing people to meditate along. Your soul needs a place like this where it feels home. wish i could stay here forever <3

Very good place for meditation. Place is full with lush greenery, beautifully designed and maintained. Stay is much affordable.

I always prefer to stay and visit here as I'm osho follower and suggest all who want some different ways of living so go there i assuring you that you will not regret to go there

Beautiful place and authentic Osho Meditation center. I have been coming here for around 10 years now. This place is blessed with Osho and Swami Om Prakash Saraswati ji's blessings. Just entering the Meditation Hall gives you so much of peace and joy that you can feel that you have reached the place you have been looking for meditation. People taking care of place and conducting meditation sessions are so nice that you can feel how meditation has transformed their life over the years. Place is beautiful and big but is kept absolutely clean. Do visit this place for life changing experience.

A very peaceful place to be in if you want to take a short break from the hassles of the city life.. and spend some quality time by yourself. If you are into meditation and gaining self-knowledge. Wouldn’t recommend if you want to travel to an exciting place, not much to see hear. For that there are better places in delhi.

wonderful people and place for Meditation and Celebration

IT is a good place for guided meditation.

I have been to the Ashram many a times. Once I spent five days there. I really love the feeling of peace and tranquility that the Ashram offers. The discourses are also very well planned and engaging. Looking forward to go there again and again . #oshonaman
