I’m writing this with a very heavy heart. I lost my beloved pet because of the incorrect treatment provided at this clinic/hospital. What should have been a routine or manageable issue turned into a tragedy due to negligence or lack of proper diagnosis. I’m devastated to write this, but I feel it's important for others to know. My pet passed away because of the careless and irresponsible treatment given by Dr. Naman. I trusted him with my pet’s life, and that trust was deeply broken. He misdiagnosed the condition and gave the wrong treatment, even when I raised concerns. There was a complete lack of urgency, empathy, and proper guidance. What could have been treated properly ended up taking my pet’s life Despite trusting the vet with my pet's life, I noticed that the treatment given didn’t match the symptoms. I raised concerns, but they were either ignored or dismissed. Sadly, by the time we realized the mistake, it was too late. Losing a pet feels like losing a family member. The pain is unbearable — especially knowing it could have been prevented. I strongly urge the clinic to review their protocols, improve communication, and treat every case with the seriousness it deserves. No one else should have to experience the pain of losing a pet this way.

I'm sharing my experience because the doctors and their team have been incredibly compassionate and supportive. Thanks to their care, my pet's health has stabilized, and I really appreciate everything they've done for us.

Literally a good experience with a highly experienced team of doctors. Thank you dr. Ravi and Dr. Naman for such a great service for my pet.😊 …

I had the absolute worst experience bringing my hurt pet. Honestly, the person working there seemed totally unskilled when dealing with my pet's injury; he looked like he don't know what he is doing. What made it even harder was that he had no kindness or sympathy at all, he acted cold and didn't seem to care about how much pain my pet was in. The biggest problem was that they didn't have enough staff, so I was forced to hold my own injured animal down for the treatment, which felt unprofessional and horribly upsetting. I would tell every pet owner to avoid this clinic.

I recently visited here for my kittens' spay and neuter procedures, and I am very happy with the experience. The doctors explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the procedures. The clinic maintained cleanliness and hygiene, the doctors and staff are friendly and approachable and the prices are reasonable. They patiently addressed all my questions and concerns, making me feel comfortable. You can also easily consult the doctors about any issues or concerns that may arise after the procedures. My kittens are now healthy and safe. I highly recommend this clinic for their great care and professionalism.
