JUSTDOGS - Saket, Delhi

I've been bringing my Husky and Rottweiler to Just Dogs for grooming for quite some time now, and I've always been impressed with their services. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they truly care about the well-being of my pets. I especially appreciate the fact that I feel safe enough to leave my Husky with them. Knowing that they're in good hands gives me peace of mind. As for my aggressive Rottweiler, Sushil is simply amazing. He has a way of handling him that I haven't been able to find anywhere else. I've tried other grooming places, but none of them have been able to groom him as well as Sushil does. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy pet grooming store, I highly recommend Just Dogs. They're not just a business; they’re a part of my fur babies' family.

I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible, I’ve been coming here since 2023 and there is no other place I would rather go. Sushil bhaiya and Munchun bhaiya are always there to take care of us. They not only understand grooming needs but individual dog needs and personality with care. From grooming to becoming friends me and Yujiro would highly reccomend you to come and get your dog groomed from these gentlemen!

Best one stop shop for all your pet needs. Have been buying all the supplies for our cat from here from since almost a year now. Our cat has been groomed and cared for at Just Dogs saket since she was a kitten. Sushil and Ravi in the grooming department are the most experienced groomers I have seen in the business. Very professional and sensitive to your pets! Would highly recommend anyone with pets in the area to give them try and you wouldn’t regret!

Very lovely shop for your furry buddies! They’ve also many options for food, goodies and toys! And such cuuute clothes for them ❤️❤️❤️ absolutely amazing experience!!

Absolutely the worst grooming service I have ever experienced at this Saket clinic! I took my 1-year-old dog Cocco for grooming and honestly, I have never seen such an irresponsible and careless staff. The so-called “groomers” were using the blower directly on his face and even spraying water directly onto his face. Do you people have absolutely no idea how to handle a pet? And then comes the worst part — while cutting his hair, your staff CUT HIS EAR, and my dog started bleeding badly. Instead of apologising and taking responsibility, the response we got was, “It’s not our staff’s fault, it’s your dog.” Seriously? Then why are you running a pet grooming service if you cannot even handle a 1-year-old dog properly? Are pet owners supposed to hold their dogs down while your staff cuts them? Blaming the dog for your staff’s lack of training is absolutely ridiculous. If your staff are not trained to handle pets, train them before letting them touch someone’s animal. My dog was bleeding because of your negligence, and instead of showing basic concern, your staff had the audacity to blame him. Extremely unprofessional, careless and pathetic service. I would strongly advise other pet parents to think twice before trusting their pets with this clinic.
