JUSTDOGS - Saket, Delhi

Best place for your pet !! Highly recommended for every pet parent. My Roger is visiting JUSTDOGS saket from last 2 years, I am very happy with their staff and Groomer Sushil.

Store experience is very amazing and grooming service is also good at Justdogs saket, Highly recommend for pet parent's, One stop for all pet service. Sushil, Ravi and Roman is very professional at their work in grooming.

My Shihtzu Doodle was very happy in the store. The staff is very helpful and supportive. Specially Sushil sir has unbelievable connect with my pet. Love Justdogs

My favourite pet shop😀 The staff are super friendly and really go out of their way to help you get the products you need. I have just put a large order in to make sure I am well stocked over the Christmas period and they were so helpful in carrying the heavy boxes to my car. Some great Christmas gifts for the cat too 😘😘😘

Started going to Just Dogs, Saket, about an year back. What is refreshing about this outlet is that Rahul, Irfan and the staff continue to provide the same service with a smile. They guide with genuine interest and understand the need & requirement of the client.

My pet bruno coming for bath at just dogs saket mr Sushil is the best groomer.

Good stuff and good customer service

Extremely disappointed with the staff.. i visited the store for the first time few days back maybe on Wednesday I called on the number of your justdogs first of all the guy was very unprofessional he was not picking up the call, after multiple attempts when he picked up he was talking to someone and was abusing him. After when I asked him regarding grooming charges he straight away said slots are not available..... I mean what of kind of service is this, a person can not even ask for prices? When I asked his name he said shareef..this is very unprofessional guys.. the same day when I visited the store no one came to attend me.. I am really disappointed..

I am delighted to share my positive experience at Just Dogs Saket! The store has an excellent selection of pet products, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding customer service provided by their staff. The team at Just Dogs Saket is incredibly polite, humble, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that their customers have a pleasant experience. I was particularly impressed by their willingness to accommodate delivery requests, which is a clear demonstration of their dedication to customer satisfaction. I must give a special mention to Azhar for his exceptional service. His attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to assist made my visit to the store truly memorable. He is a true asset to the store and a shining example of excellent customer service. Their is on more store asset I like to mention but just forgot his name and to make this correct I will visit the store soon to thank him. Overall, I highly recommend Just Dogs Saket for anyone looking for a great selection of pet products and outstanding customer service. The store is good, but the staff are what make it truly great. Thank you to the entire team at Just Dogs Saket for a wonderful experience!

I had taken my boy Doodle, an 11 year old white Labrador for a medicated tick bath and general grooming session to JUSTDOGS. And I must convey here that the gentleman giving him the service did an absolutely commendable job. He was patient and extremely thorough during all the steps of the process. It was one of the nicest baths my dog has ever received. Doodle went home a very happy and clean dog! And we look forward to visiting again for another session very soon.
