I had a very disappointing experience with this pet boarding facility. I left my cat here for two days. During his stay, I was regularly sent photos that made it appear he was doing well. However, when I picked him up, I found his carrier bag smelled extremely bad, leading me to believe he had been kept inside it for long periods without being allowed out to use the litter tray. This was very upsetting and concerning. The overall condition of the boarding area also appeared untidy and unhygienic. I strongly recommend that pet parents visit the facility in person before deciding to leave their pets there. When I raised my concerns, instead of addressing them, I felt I was blamed and accused of trying to negotiate the boarding charges, which was not the issue. I also felt intimidated during the conversation when I was told that a family member was a lawyer. As someone who trusts others to care for a beloved pet, I expected honesty, proper hygiene, and compassionate treatment. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations. I would not recommend this boarding facility based on my personal experience.
Great Experience. From Pick Up of our Cat to Drop Off, everything was done on time. Did regular video calls and our cat had fun times while making new friends. Thanks a lot to Mansi ji.
