The phone numbers don’t work. The chat service is pathetic. They don’t bother responding to the queries in their WhatsApp chat service AT ALL! No address of the store provided too, if somebody wants to visit their store! What kind of a business are they doing! Don’t know about the products, but their customer service is beyond horrible. I have been wanting to buy something from them, provided they answer my queries. But they don’t seem to be interested in selling their stuff. Too bad… And that is NOT all.. drove for 1 HR in Delhi traffic and rain to the store address listed on Google (since no one was responding on WhatsApp and the phone calls) But GUESS WHAT?? The store does not even exist on the mentioned address!!! It was a total waste of time, money and effort. But who cares, right? All is can say… please refrain from doing business with them, because they don’t seem to be serious about their own business! So, why bother?
