Alluring Decor

The purchase experience was good but the service experience wasn’t. The curtain fabric supplied by them for two bedrooms had stitching defects and, more importantly, failed to fall seamlessly to the floor as expected. Over the course of more than 1.5 months, the team was unable to resolve the issue despite multiple follow-ups, escalations, and repeated assurances from the owners. What was particularly disappointing was the response from the staff: “Sir, fabric mein hi issue hai, ismein kya kar sakte hain.” This was baffling because the fabric itself had been supplied by them. Instead of taking ownership and offering a solution, the responsibility was effectively shifted to the customer for a problem that originated with their own product. A premium furnishing experience is defined not just by the initial sale, but by how issues are handled afterwards. Unfortunately, that was where the experience fell short.

Good

Excellent service and great value! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very good experience with Alluring Decor, Lajpat Nagar. From the initial collection to stitching and final installation, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. What really stood out was their commitment to timelines they delivered and installed everything as promised. The quality of service was excellent, and their pricing was also very reasonable compared to the overall quality and service provided. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable, professional and value-for-money decor services in Lajpat Nagar. 👍
