Don’t even try visiting. I spend my whole day selecting design and 25 days since not even a call from them. Despite repeted reminder, no quotation nothing. If u can afford to delay work by 6 month. Contact them.

Worst quality … heft prices … poor after sales support…. Unskilled labour. I need a box replacement, these people broke open the granite slab, the whole kitchen had to be redone … and these guys casually say … ab ho Gaya … aap dekh lo

Thank you Guntier for the amazing quality of doors and the variety. I’m truly happy with my choice and I’m glad I came to you. As a senior citizen I felt cared for and getting the best value for my money. Continue to do the great work always!

Dear Guntier Team "A dream come true" Sometimes we spent huge money but delivery is not satisfactory reason is either you are cheated or the agency is not of that standard . I had a dream to have the best kitchen in my home . I approached you people and explained what I need . Of course I was supposed to wait and trust and finally You gave it a shape . All the technical conversations were discussed and any requirement from my end was listened , the best part of this deal was professional and constructive approach of Ms Pretika and Mr Arjun Singh . Truly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Like all of us, I went there because I’m furnishing my house. When we reached there, we weren’t even asked for water. Despite an appointment, we had to wait about 20 minutes. Then they took us to their display for kitchen and wardrobes, the display they showed on the upper floor had cockroaches roaming everywhere yet we didn’t let it bother us. We had a whole conversation with Mr. Arjun who was very sincere from the looks of it and I shared the measurements. Mr. Arjun promised me to give me an estimate in a day or two. A whole week goes by and there is no response even after repeated reminders. When he finally sent me the drawing, he said his company can’t accommodate a breakfast counter in the kitchen. What’s funny is that all the 3 other companies we were talking to already had sent us designs that had everything we needed, 3D of the kitchens and estimated quotes. What’s makes it even more remarkable was that other companies did all that in 2-3 days, talk about efficiency, that there isn’t any in Guntier. Guntier was the only company that couldn’t do it because of their inferior technology or skills. We were supposed to get 2 Kitchens, and 4 large (10-12 feet across) wardrobes, 4 vanities, 2 Beds done and the cost of other companies was a lot higher than Guntier yet I overpaid and that’s the best decision I ever made. I would rather go for a company that’s expensive but efficient, than go to Guntier that’s affordable but inefficient, lack skill and antagonises customer. Update: Guntier also does doors so I asked the company and was assigned to Ms. Seema. Long story short, Ms. Seema asked me that they’ll come and measure the door sizes after I place the order. They won’t schedule a visit to the premises and they expect me to make an order for 8 doors first, then they’ll take the final measurements. They want me to place an order on the “rough idea of the sizes of my doors” otherwise they will charge me for the visit. Their doors are ₹20k each, I want 8 doors so that means ₹1.6 lakh for all. Yet, that should be done on an aprox idea according to them. I’ll look for another companies for doors and all this lost business is their loss. I have the chats to prove all this so if the management cares even a little, I’ll be able to provide you with everything to make your customer experience better. Just a tip, please stop making customer feel like you hate them or they’re unwelcome. If you don’t stop, you soon won’t have a business. Regard.

I am a Civil Engineer and have worked as Country Head for 15 years in various reputed organisation, recently I took premature retirement and am constructing my own house in Dayalbagh, Agra. For doors we selected Guntier and my experience with them was excellect, during my house construction I came across various vendors but I found them the best- it was really WOW feeling when I saw the doors installed in our house. The finish was same as what we saw in their showroom and what we were expecting. A very professional team of theirs came for installation. Overall it was a great experience-choosing them and getting what we wanted. I really Salute them for their Superb work and wish them all the very best.

I got my kitchen and cupboards done from Guntier last year. I can safely say that I am a very satisfied customer. Not only is their quality good, their post installation service is also very good! I highly recommend Guntier to anyone who is looking to construct or reconstruct.

Do not ever work with Guntier, they promise a lot but deliver/install cheap / broken parts. To top it all, they provide worst support post installation, where they would not respond or send rude staff that would do nothing apart from saving talk to owner or its your fault as a customer.
