Pathetic services , I really don't know why are they even selling some packages. Talked to many of their team members for resolution but still no resolution. I would suggest my fraternity to be away from such providers. They are highly miscommunicatve, and I'll answered to queries. Mr. Pradeep/Mr. Abhishek/Mr. Daksh. They have none authority. They had no answer to my mail. Waste of 15000 inr. 0 returns. Mail attached dated 2 months back I hope you are doing well. I am writing to formally address multiple concerns regarding my Gold Plan subscription, which I purchased in September 2024 for ₹15,000. 1. Lead Availability Issue My primary requirement, as communicated from the beginning, was to receive leads specifically for architectural and interior design consultations in Delhi. Initially, I was inclined toward the Silver Package but was assured that the Gold Package would offer prioritized and better-quality leads. In the first month, I received a good number of leads, though there were concerns about their genuineness. This issue was resolved after discussions. However, the bigger issue that followed was the drastic drop in lead availability. For the past four months, I have rarely received any leads matching my specified parameters. Even when a lead appears, it disappears almost instantly—happening in only 1 out of 10 cases, while in the remaining 9 cases, no lead is visible at all. I have been checking the app twice a day, every day, ensuring that I do not miss any leads, yet the issue persists. 2. Subscription Inactive Issue To add to my frustration, this morning, when I finally got a chance to purchase a lead after months, the app displayed a message stating ‘Subscription is not active’. This is highly concerning, as my subscription should still be valid, and I expect uninterrupted access to the services I paid for. Requested Resolution Given these ongoing issues, I request an immediate resolution through one of the following options: Immediate correction of the subscription issue so I can access and purchase leads without restrictions without any validity. Refund of the balance amount, as your team has been unable to fulfill the committed leads. If the demand for Delhi-based consultation leads exceeds supply, it would be advisable to pause new Gold Plan subscriptions for such services until you can effectively meet expectations. Immediate provision of relevant leads for interior design consultation in Delhi, without budget restrictions, as per the original statements.

I’ve been using the Kreate Cube app for architectural services, and I must say, it’s an excellent platform. A special mention to Devansh, who handles queries and issues with great patience and professionalism. He resolved all my concerns quickly and guided me smoothly through the process. Truly appreciate the support and service!

Horrible platform for designers looking to purchase leads. Wasted 10k for nothing. They persuade you to get the basic package only for you to later realize that it's a complete waste of money. Not one lead from my city since the day I purchased the silver plan. You cannot buy other state leads unless you get the highest package (40k plus taxes LOL). Any package less than that is basically you donating money to these guys. Non sense. Please do not fall for this, you'll regret it. We've been associated with KreateCube for six months now. It's a good platform for purchasing leads and self-advertising. Recently, while we faced issues in getting leads, their help desk staff was very helpful and supportive.

Every service provider has room for improvement, and you are no exception. I received a fair number of leads, so your genuineness is not a concern to me. Your team has been responsive in addressing issues; however, lead availability could be more consistent. Looking forward to improved service delivery in the future.

This is a fraud company. We are in the process of filing a case against this company. After being a paid member for 3 years, they unilaterally and without any consent or information stopped giving the required leads to us and further stopped responding to all forms of communication including legal notices. Would not recommend this company to any architect of designer ever.

Very disappointing experience with KreateCube. My partner and I invested interior design leads based on the commitments made to us. Unfortunately, the service we received did not match what was promised.The leads provided to us were either fake, irrelevant, or not genuine, and we did not receive the quality and quantity of leads that we were assured we would get. Despite paying the amount with the expectation of getting genuine interior design enquiries, the experience was extremely disappointing. I would recommend that interior designers and studios carefully verify the terms, commitments, and quality of leads before making any payment. I am sharing this review based on our personal experience so that other interior professionals can make an informed decision before investing their money.

I wouldn't say every enquiry automatically becomes a project because ultimately the client has to make the decision. But compared with just buying leads, I find the project model more useful because there is more involvement from KreateCube after the lead is generated. That was the main reason I decided to explore it. Design style Elegant

Very disappointing experience. Before purchasing the plan, their sales team followed up almost every day. But once the payment was made, the quality of the leads was nowhere close to what was promised. I shared proof that several or almost all the leads were fake. When contacted, the customers themselves said they had never made such an enquiry and had no requirement for the services. Instead of investigating or replacing those leads, KreatecUBE kept delaying the issue. Their final response was simply, "We have provided the leads, our work is done." There was no explanation for why the leads were invalid or why the customers denied having any requirement. If you're planning to buy their lead generation service, verify the authenticity of the leads before spending your money. My experience has been a complete waste of time and money.
