Do not take any gas service from this company by mistake, it will be bad for you.
I have very bad experience with Padmini.
Very poor service. I called them for servicing my hob, engineer came and do the job very poorly. One burner of my hob was not working but after servicing all the four burners stopped working. Engineer also broke one part of my hob. Company also charged me 500 rupees. On complaining they said that this part of yours is faulty, that part is faulty, get it replaced. Hardly not recommended, better to call urban company for servicing.
Poor service ever. Please don't buy. They don't even reply. The stove broke down within 4 months, and no one came even after complaining.
Very poor service it has not even been 1 year the gas hob has stopped working, if I call the service centre first they do not receive the call then after waiting for an hour they straight away refuse to talk. Very disappointed with the product.
