Before anyone use their services i would like to give you a heads-up!!! These guys are goons, extremely unprofessional they will just die to get your product and then when you are some how able to trust them, they will send these terms !! My main concern is point 2,3 & 4 !! I wanted sole replacement for my air force 1, i personally customised those over nike website and the whole things costed me around 15k,,, now if due to your negligence of something happens to my shoes why am I not obligated for any compensation,, second you are arranging pick up and drop what's so if it gets misplaced due to you only,, why should I pay,,, also,,, why I have to pay you anything if you ask me 10 or 15k for the show repairing which is nearly of same price won't I buy new ones then you fools!!! NOBODY SHOULD USE SERVICES FROM THESE GOONS!! I REPEAT NOBODY!!

Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. My leather furniture looks beautifully restored and almost as good as new. The finish is neat, smooth and professionally done. The team arrived punctually; they were courteous, efficient and responsive throughout. Very happy with the result and would highly recommend their services.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Leather Laundry My experience with Leather Laundry has been extremely disappointing, both in terms of service and customer handling. They took more than a month to process my items, with virtually no updates or information about the material entrusted to them for cleaning. It was only after repeated follow-ups and insistence that they finally shared pictures of the finished items, and even those results were suboptimal. When I raised my concerns, I was simply told that this was the maximum they could do. The results fell short of what had been promised, with little accountability or effort to address my dissatisfaction. What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of accessible customer support. There was no clear point of contact or responsible person available to speak to when I wanted to discuss the issue or share feedback. The payment and delivery process was equally inconvenient. When I requested a cash-on-delivery option so I could inspect the finished items before paying, I was given an address that was impractically far for my driver to reach. The only alternative was to pay in advance, regardless of whether I was satisfied with the quality of the work. A premium cleaning service should offer transparency, timely communication, accountability, and customer-friendly policies. Unfortunately, my experience with Leather Laundry lacked all four. I would not recommend this service to anyone who values their belongings, their time, and a professional customer experience. The entire process has been frustrating, and the lack of accountability after delivering disappointing results is particularly concerning.

I recently gave my miu miu bag to them whose metallic restoration needs to be done as it was rusting and within a week they have fixed it and returned to me.

At this stage, customers often feel stuck because their valuable belongings are already with them. Even after negotiations, the price remains high. To make matters worse, I am not satisfied with the quality or the long-term value of the service. The owner, Malika, should take greater responsibility for transparent pricing and service quality. **Please look at the photographs of my returned bag and judge the quality of their work for yourself.** This is particularly disappointing after paying ₹4,130. **A serious warning to other customers:** Always ask for a clear, written quotation and confirm all charges before handing over your belongings. Do not assume that free pickup means affordable service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Leather Laundry. Please be careful before trusting them with your valuable products.
