Its being more than 10vyrs now, the quality and the dealing with the customer is very good. Taking care of our most expensive clothes in a very aithentic way. Very happy !! I will recommed to go ashoka drycleaners.

Services are excellent. Mr Kunal has been prompt with respect to services. Although, the services are excellent but they are a bit over priced as per the market.

These guys are very good at their job...I gave them some sarees for drycleaning...and I must say the job is beautifully done and I am very much satisfied...and this guy named Kunal who has been assisting me and keeping up with me over the phone this whole time is an exceptionally supportive, polite and a very professional being..thanks Kunal and the team for doing a fabulous job...your services will be needed in the near future,again..... 2nd Review: After going through initial hassle, I was contacted by the management, and they explained me their cleaning procedures and how they handle clothes delicately. I'm satisfied with the service, I think Ashoka Dry Cleaners are the best we have in West Delhi.

Forcing customer to give feedback to get discount. I got 15% discount after giving feedback. That was not professional. I felt this should not be done. Sorry, just being honest All comments ara fake and being forced by owner. I agree with Shivam Bajaj Also, they are charging too much money twice the money. For 2 suits (2pieces) they charged me 1000+ but other places do charge around just 450 only. Negative Quality, Professionalism, Value

Good dry-cleaning for all sorts of garments , casual: Heavy Indian wear: Curtains etc . Very Prompt PickUp & Drop and good quality service, with Eco friendly Technologies. The Manager Mr. Kunal has been very cooperative. Good Packaging. Glad to find them

I gave a saree for dry clean. They did a trial swatch and the embroidery color was getting covered by saree color. I asked them to not dry clean the piece. They anyway did that and spoilt my whole saree. It was a 33k saree, and the customer care executive is blaming the saree company for a manufacturing defect instead of acknowledging the problem with dry cleaning. They are circling on the same issue for past 1 month and are not proving any compensation or fixing the embroidery. Extremely horrible service, rude customer care and no support

Sent 13 items here including curtains and blankets, received only 12 items back. Upon calling them and telling them about the missing item, they kept denying. Received calls from 4 different people from there in 30mins, all of them with the same agenda to prove us wrong and to deny. They deliberately started talking about how it never happens, and how they are always right and we did some mistake in counting when we handed over the items for dryclean. That curtain is still missing, you cant deal with a business who think they are god and never wrong. Please dont send your items for drycleaning here, i think they actually loose expensive curtains and clothes on purpose and sell them off.

I hv given my BALLMAN T-shirts for dry clean Executive suggests premium Dryclean .we r ok for dat.when they delivered my T-shirt to my home I saw 4 holes in my t-shirt. So I requested executive to get me owner’s contact number they told us we don’t hv owners number. Such a bad experience with Ashoka dry clean. Now we r taking legal action on ashoka drycleaner
