National Dry Cleaners

Best dry cleaners in Pitampura

WORST DRY CLEANERS IN THE LOCALITY . If you wanna spoil your expensive clothes you can surely visit this place . This place used to be nice earlier but now the owner have just became arrogant and doesn’t accept his mistakes . I gave them my suede leather shoes and my designer kurta pyjama to dry clean . I dont know what they did but all the color was washed away from my expensive shoes and my kurta pyjama has burnt marks of iron . When i called them they said they delivered the product fine and it was me who spoiled it . Like really ? What the hell !! Morover they also said i can do whatever i want but they wont accept my clothes and shoes were destroyed by them . You wont find a good detailed review of this pathetic shop because all they do is take your clothes , wash them with basic soap , dry them , BURN them and deliver it to you

I am appalled by the unprofessional this behavior. They completely ruined my wife’s suit by burning it, and instead of taking responsibility, the owner showed up at our home to argue and shift the blame onto us. This level of rudeness and lack of accountability is unacceptable in any business, especially one that deals with people’s valuable belongings. If you care about your clothes and expect even basic respect as a customer, stay far away from this place.

Best drycleaners in Pitampura good service.♥️

Torn my 2 shirts and no reply from last 2 months by owner is so irresponsible don't even bother to revert always gives next date but no solution .2 shirts costs 7k

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. They completely burned my suit, which was in perfect condition before I handed it over to them. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner not only refused to accept the mistake but went as far as coming to my home to argue and blame me for their error. The attitude was shockingly rude and unprofessional throughout. A simple acknowledgment of the mistake and an apology could have gone a long way, but instead, I was met with hostility. If you value your clothes and prefer dealing with professionals who take accountability, I strongly urge you to AVOID THIS PLACE

BURNED MY SUIT worth ₹10,000. Now they don’t accept their fault and blaming us

Excellent cleaning and finishing. prompt service and great attention to detail. One of the best dry cleaners around

They actually don't know why they are for in the market or what actually a dry cleaners need to do, they just know how to make money out of each order, as they always refrain themselves from taking guarantee for any stain removal even after a dry clean. Couple of years ago I gave my grandmother's old saree for dry clean as there were some very old stains they straight away denied about the stains removal and asked me to give it on my own risk as there is no guarantee for it & after that I searched some other dry cleaner and it actually worked in my favour. And about my recent order from them I gave my shoes for dry clean as there were colour stains on it which I was unable to remove so I asked them and they again denied but for this but I thought it might work so I tried but the stains are still intact and the owner was making silly examples of some random individual who played Holi while wearing 11 lakh shoes and it got ruined don't know why they have opened such a big shop when they don't know how to do a dry clean & even after a failed try they don't hesitate to charge for it. Don't have an option to rate less then 1 😂

Outstanding service everytime. They handle garments with great care and professionalism. Completely satisfied.
