The way they respond to every querry and provide a solution to it is really nice. The quality of shoes and my blazer i got after drycleaning was really nice.
First time(express service)(completed in 24hrs) I was totally satisfied with the service but second time(normal wash and fold)(took more than 7 days) they just rinsed the clothes and send it back. Pathetic. Never returning back.
Very nice service good quality saree is best dry clean
Worsttttt experience !!!! East patel nagar branch! They take such a looooong time to deliver the laundry and they will lie to your face very effeciently that they will deliver it today for sure for multiple days.... If u want to suffer like us then go for it! I will rather wash clothes myself from now on rather than giving to them! Horrible experience !! Pathetic !! Services Dry cleaning
Wonderful service. And the quality of work is superb. The way they take care of the smallest detail is really good. Will definitely recommend it my other friends as well.
Excellent service by the new owner Ankit .. I gave my shoes for dry clean on Sunday and asked them if they can get it done by the following Friday at the most but to my surprise I got a call today (Wednesday) saying that your shoes are ready.. thanks Ankit
Worst experience i gave my shoe and they just ribbed the pack of shoe and they were not accepting their issue then they asked me to wait which took them around 20 days and they just put permanent market to the ribbed area. Dont use their services. This happened at east patel nagar branch delhi.
Very bad service was supposed to. Deliver clothes on 4th April haven't received till now it's almost a month and still they are not answering properly it's highly unprofessional and pathetic service
Great service and best quality dry cleaning my jacket
The WORST EXPERIENCE- IRRESPONSIBLE, CARELESS, ILL-TEMPERED OVERPRICED. I have used it 4 times and each has had me run through hogging them to pick up, as they do not respond even if you call the store, book on the app AND call customer service. Ultimately I've had to drop and collect my clothes. The behaviour is no short of the staff at the East Patel Nagar branch is shocking and abominable and the customer support is useless and the app is a facade that doesn't work at all. If you're hoping to get rid of stains, not here. Your items will be delayed, the service will be unnecessarily overpriced and they also lose clothes as a cherry on top.
