Extremely dissatisfied.Clothes come back dirty and never delivered on time.Just downright cheating the public with false promises.

Useless place. Would ruin your clothes and not take any responsibility for it. Give it to a better dry cleaner who would charge more but be more reliable.. Gave them a 2 jackets for dry clean (one black one blue). Black came back with white press marks all over and the blue one became half white! On calling them they just said they will check from the factory about what happened. But what can u do once your clothes are ruined? Avoid!

Best dry cleaning services in lajpat nagar, Delhi. I have visited and got my clothes done in perfect condition. I must say you should come and give a chance to server. Their shoes cleaning service is just awesome, what i got is like new one. my shoes stains was completely removed.

I have been trying to contact you for the last 3 days, but none of my calls have been answered. This level of unresponsiveness is very unprofessional. Kindly address this issue immediately and provide an update.”

Avoid at all costs Really bad experience - followed their instructions down to every word and they blamed me for not following up on DELIVERY while I called more than 4 times over three days. They didn't even apologise for the confusion and blamed me all throughout. Very frustrating.

Awful drycleaning! Ive been getting clothes dry cleaned from here for long but off late the quality has degraded. Some suits which we have for drycleaning came torn and a few have shrunk. Highly disgusting!

I have been getting dry cleaning from last 10 years but last 3 times have been disgusting....Their old cleaning staff has changed it seems.... 1. They lost a part of my coat which i could never find. 2.They spoilt not one but 4 clothes....couldn't even take out oil marks...and arguing it won't go....when I said , I will dry clean it from another place and show you, they asked me to giving for dry clean agai...which I didn't as I don't trust them anymore 3. They have used very hot iron on half of my front side of a dress and it had faded completely....and arguing it's the pattern of the dress 4..They don't fold clothes individually in separate sheers . 5.they folded 3 piece suits and sherwani instead of giving them in hanger

Terrible! They promised delivery - I followed up daily the entire week and they said it would be done. On the day of delivery I called again and they said the delivery driver has already left and I didn’t remind them even though I had (and it is not my responsibility to remind them). Average quality and very poor service.

Waste of time. Told us we should have reminded them to do our dry cleaning when we went to pick it up. We have called them many times over the week. Needed the clothes by the date we agreed on, now it's too late. Pathetic

Please avoid this place at all costs. Before handing over my jacket, I clearly asked whether it could be completed in two days, as I had to leave. I even said I was fine taking it elsewhere if that wasn’t possible. Instead, I was insistently asked to stay and assured it would be done on time. He took my jacket, issued a receipt, and specifically asked me to come at 8:30 PM on Sunday for pickup. I arrived on time (even a little early), only to find the shop closed. I called more than 25 times, sent multiple WhatsApp messages — no response at all. I was left waiting with no explanation, no update, nothing. This is extremely unprofessional behavior. They proudly talk about being a “50+ year old legacy business,” but basic reliability and customer courtesy are completely missing. One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Avoid.
