My family stays in a 40 years old house in GK2 having an old terrace. We had been facingsome water seepage issues requiring regular paint-works. We had also started doing some terrace urban farming which probably added to the problems. So, we approached our waterproof coating expert - Vishal Rustagi from Professional Techical Services. Vishal promptly visited our house rooftop last year in March’23 with his team member and reviewed the issues. While most water proofing vendors would suggest adding tiles to the roof, Vishal was not in favour of it and honestly adviced us to get water-proof epoxy coatings done on the rooftop. His team worked for nearly 3 weeks on our roof and after 3 coats, our rooftop was made to look fresh, new and ready for anything! Since last year we have continued to do our rooftop farming, 3 full seasons of summer, monsoon and winter have passed; and our house now looks free from water seepage issues.

I was unlucky enough to get waterproofing done from PTS on my terrace. After the first rains, the entire wall coating has come off, as you can see in the image. Ever since I have been calling the PTS team to come and repair the problem, but there have been no visits or repairs so far. But yes, there have been empty promises and fake guarantees. Imagine, such behaviour after promising to repair any product related problems for 10 years, free of cost. But what happens when the workmanship is so bad? Who is responsible for the repair? Bad work, useless product and even worst after sales service. If you value your money, avoid getting any work done from PTS.

I am an architect, and I am absolutely appalled by the quality of work this company delivered. This is the current condition of my own house after just the first rain. Despite their "10-year warranty" claims, the entire application has failed, bubbling and peeling away because of zero surface preparation and sub-standard materials. It is disgusting to see people call themselves professionals while doing such a shoddy job. I have called them repeatedly and lodged multiple complaints, only to be completely ghosted. They were quick to collect the payment, but the moment their work literally fell apart, they vanished. In my industry, reputation is everything. These people are fraudsters who think they can get away with this. I will be making it a personal point to warn my clients, contractors, and my entire professional network to stay far away from this firm. If this is how they treat an architect's home, imagine what they’ll do to yours. Avoid them at all costs.
