Pure Tank-Water Tank Cleaning Services

I want to say thanks to the team of Pure Tank-Water Tank Cleaning Services They did an excellent job in the proper chemical-based clearing of our Underground storage sump and overhead tanks. Would recommend their services. Pricing was economical as well. Positive Value

Pure water tank team provides very good service. They are skilled people with good equipment to do the job perfectly... I have made a long-term contract with them for regular cleaning of the home tank. I genuinely recommend them.

I am happy with the services given by the Pure water tank and sump cleaning services. No argument by the staff was said to them, they quietly did that. Work was done on time and the time they gave us for completion was perfect. No delays, and would recommend everyone to try once and surely they will be happy with the work. Thanks once again for removing one of the bacteria from our life for a limited time😉cheers mate!!!

The service given by your team is very nice and excellent. People are very much co-operative. They will maintain the time and the response is very nice. That is why we always contact you for your good service Pure Tank-Water Tank Cleaning is giving the best service in Delhi.😊 …

The water tank cleaners arrive at the scheduled time. My only suggestion is to send 2 cleaners and neither one as it ensures faster and better cleaning. The cleaners do a thorough job of cleaning and are polite... It would be nice if they also had a bit of plumbing knowledge if any plumbing-related issue comes up. All in all satisfied with the service and promptness

Excellent service to clean water tanks. Efficient cleaning without much wastage of water, quality of work is great, affordable water cleaning.

There service was excellent. I had asked them to clean my 500litrs tank and they did a fantabulous job. Not only were they quick but I must say they did a decent job. The tank was absolutely spot free, the charges that they ask are also reasonable. I am sure from now on I am gonna come to the them. The appointment was also hassle free. They kept in touch with me till the work wa finished. Wonderful coordination. Fab job! Keep it up.

They are unprofessional and does not provide quality service. Also, they are reckless and irresponsible as you can check the photo after completion of the service, pipe is still open. Moreover puretank agency does not listen you and does not resolve your concern, once you had made the payment. Negative Quality, Professionalism, Value

This has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve had. Every month I call, every month I hear a different excuse, and still no service. If a company cannot fulfill the AMC it sells, it shouldn’t be selling one in the first place. Completely unprofessional.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Absolutely the worst service experience I have ever had. I purchased an AMC from Pure Tank on 22 January 2026 and paid ₹4,500 with the expectation of receiving regular tank cleaning services. It has now been 7 months, and despite calling almost every month, I have not received a single service. Every call results in a new excuse, false assurances, and empty promises. There is no accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for customers’ time or money. Once the payment is made, the customer is simply ignored. I deeply regret trusting this company and would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing any AMC or paying them in advance. If this issue is not resolved, I will also be pursuing the appropriate consumer grievance process. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Pure Tank to anyone.
