If you are serious about your health and fitness, you need to be under the guidance of Rajesh Rathor sir. I have seen many gyms in Mangolpuri & Delhi but have not found any coach as knowledgeable as Rajesh Rathor sir. The biggest opportunity for all fitness enthusiasts of Mangolpuri is Rajesh Rathor sir's gym there. one more thing Wintos Gym membership is very reasonable.So go train under him and thanks me later.

Gym couch Akshay Raj sir ji well teaches every student. He guide in polite manner. This gym have good hygienic machines and environment. I work in US shift and there is no gym in Mangolpuri which opens in the noon except WINTOS GYM hence I would say it's the best gym for me as it opens till 12 in the noon and you will get enough time for workout. Though I take personal training here but all the trainers are very supportive and possess good knowledge about training and nutrition. I'm also very thankful to Mr. Rajesh Rathor (gym owner) who always encourage me while training and share his extensive knowledge and experience with me.

Worst gym ever came across. Don't know why girls like it so much maybe because it allows more gossips than focusing on exercises. No machines that actually supports the whole bodybuilding process, all they have is a few out dated machines (3 or 4) and broken dumbells. All they have is fans and they switch that as well and that too in summers.

This Gym has just what i need. If you are looking for a perfect workout then wintos gym mangolpuri might be a good option for you. Excellent & Positive trainer Akshay Raj (Rajesh rathore sir owner) who take our class and create a perfect workout environment.Small and private gym that feels more personal. Highly recommended! I have been a member of Wintos Gym from past 5months. I enjoy the classes especially body combat and circuit training. The Wintos Gym is very helpful and cooperative. The group classes motivate you push further and helps you getting posture and techniques right. Lastly I would suggest to be part of WintosGym it will help you change the perspective of life and motivate you to set your goals high. ALL trainers are so good.

Worst gym ever. there is no imported machine as they mentioned. Uneducated trainers especially for girls. No facilities in summers. They intentionally turn fans off while saying "Bill kon tu bharegi". They don't even have Dumbells more than 10kg. If you do exercise with wrong position they don't even bother themselves to correct your position no matter how big injury you may suffer. Strongly not recommended to anyone who wants to start thier fitness journey to become better version of themselves there you may become worst of all time. No cleanliness while exercising you might look like labour assisting Mason. It has no option of negative rating they deserve that. You can say it is chain of MLM they only sell their products in the name of loosing weight.
