WTF Gym - Sector 10 Dwarka, Delhi

Pathetic gym. Poor hygiene and no air conditioning. Despite complains by members. Management do not take actions. Gym staff is clueless and operates with no authority to address any concerns, their only job is to renew membership and take money. Please avoid joining and dont get lured by their membership offers. Unprofessional gym and whole institution.

WTF Gym best experience, not so big but have all the equipments for work out. Shahrukh Gym Trainer has done excellent job and help me out to loose my weight and encourage me to come daily in the Gym. Excellent trainer, wish him good luck 🤞. …

I had a very disappointing experience with WTF Gym. I paid a partial amount for the Full Access Plan, but unfortunately my company transferred me to another city. There is no WTF Gym branch available in my current area, so I was unable to join or use the membership even for a single day. Despite explaining the situation, the gym management refused to refund my partial payment. I believe the refund policy should consider genuine cases like relocation. I request the management to please review and improve the refund policy and process my refund. I also request others to be careful and fully understand the policies before joining. @WTF Gym Management – Kindly look into this matter and help resolve the issue.

One of the worst gym. I am here from the last 1 year. Most machines are defective, alignments are gone, worst management. You wjll keep emailing them but they will never listen. Broken machines, no one will fix it for months. Bands are broken, machines give current when touched

No, the maintenance in this gym is terrible. Nothing works properly—not even the ACs. The staff and customer support are unresponsive and don’t address members’ concerns. The machines are of poor quality and are not maintained well. Overall, it’s a pathetic experience. I would never recommend this gym to anyone.
