WTF Gym - Sector 10 Dwarka, Delhi

Very poor upkeep of machines. Maximum are broken or give electric shocks. Subscription is cheap. That’s for a reason. They’re not able to provide even safe machines.

I am writing to express my concerns and dissatisfaction with the service I have experienced at your gym. I have been a member since April 2023 and renewed my membership earlier this year. Due to a hectic office schedule, I have not been able to visit the gym for the past couple of months. In June 2024, I approached the front desk to inquire about the possibility of a refund for the remaining balance of my membership, as continuing was becoming difficult for me. The representative suggested that I transfer my membership to a family member, which I agreed to since my husband is also a member of this gym. However, when my husband later approached the front desk, he was informed that the previous representative had left, and the new representative had no knowledge of our conversation. Initially, we were told that there would be a charge of 2000 INR for the membership transfer. Shortly thereafter, we were informed that the fee would actually be 3000 INR. This inconsistency was extremely frustrating. Additionally, gym senior officials have been inaccessible, and despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue through your "TALK to FOUNDERS" QR code, there has been no response for the past 15-20 days. It has now been over three months since this issue began, and we are still without a satisfactory resolution. Moreover, I would also like to point out other ongoing concerns, such as the leaking roof and noisy equipment, which impact the overall gym experience. It is disappointing to see the lack of response and changing stance from the gym staff.

Not good with client. After the membership the manager's personality completely changed. The manager was not responding with my issues at all and even if he was responding, it was in a very rude way

The gym is amazing and staff is very friendly and plus point is BCA test is available in the gym Upendra Yadav is very talented trailer

They have a good ambience in the gym, trainers are very supportive and helpful. Gym has an affordable rates as well. Akash bhaiya was really soft spoken and very well supportive.

It’s a small gym with limited equipments. Unprofessional trainer and administration staff who don't have any idea on how to handle clients or the possible customers. Having an attitude in front of the customers will not help them personally nor the gym in business aspects. I have had personally many issues ever since i have joined the gym , cant remember one month where i enjoyed my time there. Hence, my decision to opt out soon .

No customer support, gym AC never worked properly since the start of the season. Do not recommend this gym to anyone, they only treat you well during the initial few days and then they are ghosts to you. The only good thing is that trainers have good knowledge, that is also in vain as you are not getting a good environment for training.

My brother and me joined this gym around two month before. This gym is very good in respect to staff , machines, ambience and positivity. Gym trainers are very polite and helpful. Others as well they greet all the customers nicely. Thanks for good service so far..... :-)
