Disappointment is an understatement for the services availed at Geetanjali Vasant Vihar. I am a prive customer of Geetanjali. Services at Geetanjali Khan Market, Def Col, Kailash Colony are perfection but don't know why Vasant Vihar's services have worsened so much. I went for eyebrows, upper lips and a haircut and every single service has been substandard. The eyebrow lady ruined the arch of my eyebrows and made it round yuck!! She kept on saying come back when you have grown out your eyebrows - they already were grown out and she just did a bad job as she was so distracted for no reason. Left hair in the upper lip as well - pretty shoddy job. On the haircut - the hairwash was actually good (God bless you, whoever it was). Now the haircut - I asked the hairdresser Alex to be creative. He gave me a trim and called it a U cut?! Are you serious?! He was just lazy. I gave him a reference pic from the same salon and asked him to do something like that. Then he said he'll give me a some layers. His focused seemed to be more on suggesting me to colour my hair/styling my hair with loads of heat and hairspray rather than the actual haircut. I felt that a roadside naai would have done a better job this supposedly luxurious salon. Look at the pics attached - does this look like services given by a professional hairdresser?! Pathetic services, avoid Geetanjali Vasant Vihar at all costs! Stick to other branches. I wonder if I should just start using UrbanClap rather than wasting money on salons like these.

I visited your Vasant Vihar branch for the ₹1,000 wash and blow-dry offer. I specifically declined additional services multiple times they were just trying to sell me different products throughout. The stylist used tongs without informing me there would be an extra charge, and I only found out at billing. The displayed menu listed styling at ₹750, but I was told the menu was ‘not updated’ and charged a higher amount and paid 1200 on top of the 1000. Such unprofessional staff just trying to loot you and rob you off your money they don’t really care about your hair, the styling or your experience. Overpaid for the shittiest hairstyle before a very important event. Scammers. I want a refund it’s the worst 1800 i’ve ever spent at the worst place, would never recommend, rather to go the other salons in vasant vihar. Price ₹2,000–2,500 Services Shampoo & conditioning

Pathetic service. I went despite several abysmal reviews, thinking that the good reviews outnumbered the bad ones. I was wrong. The receptionist was extremely rude and dismissive. Answered all my questions as if she was doing me a favour. At one point, she just started ignoring me and went back to doing some other work. The haircut itself was average. Definitely not worth the price. Avoid this branch.

One of the most disappointing salon experiences I’ve had. Despite having an appointment, I was kept waiting without any greeting or basic courtesy from the receptionist. The communication about pricing was also unclear I was told haircut + wash would be ₹1500 + GST, but upon arrival an additional ₹750 for the wash was suddenly added. The main issue, however, was the behavior of one hairdresser. After initially appreciating my hair, she later refused service claiming I had “nits,” without explaining properly or speaking respectfully. I calmly clarified that they were just a few dead nits (non-transferable) and that I had already taken treatment. Instead of handling it professionally, the tone felt judgmental and dismissive. As a teenager, this interaction genuinely triggered insecurity for me. I later visited another reputed salon to confirm, and they reassured me that the issue was minimal and barely visible. Another male hairdresser completed the haircut, which was average. Overall, the staff behavior, hygiene standards, and communication were disappointing.

Really nice experience here! The hairstylist Aijaz was super professional and made me feel comfortable right away. I also liked how clean everything was—they clearly take hygiene seriously, which matters a lot to me. Got exactly the haircut I wanted, and they even gave a few helpful suggestions that actually worked out great.
