HORRIBLE SERVICE. they used cooking oil in my hair instead of hair oil which resulted in major scalp itching for me. They also refused their mistake and didn’t budge on it. I found images of the oil and the official website of it that says it’s SOLELY meant for DEEP FRYING AND INDIAN COOKING. Still they went at it with me that I’m wrong. Never coming back. Rude management. Horrible level of service. Save your money and peace.

This branch is a disgrace to the Geetanjali name. This is by far the WORST branch of Geetanjali! The staff and services are absolutely pathetic. 1. Reception (Irene): I approached the reception to enquire about the membership, and instead of welcoming me or giving basic courtesy, Irene showed an obnoxious attitude. Absolutely zero warmth, zero professionalism. The way she behaved was as if she was doing a favour by even responding. For a front desk representative, this is unacceptable. 2. Threading Service (Cloudia): The service was pathetic! Rough, careless, and completely unskilled. My experience was extremely unpleasant, and it felt like no training or basic service standards exist here. Geetanjali Vasant Vihar is by far the worst branch – arrogant staff, pathetic service, and no sense of customer respect. To owner - you need to do something about your staff and service. Every single day this branch is degrading the Geetanjali name and disappointing people. Such behavior and poor service are a disgrace to your brand. Overall, the Geetanjali Vasant Vihar branch is a complete disappointment. Worst staff, worst service, and a waste of money. People – save your money and avoid this branch at all costs!

They are THIEVES and UNETHICAL!! I consulted Gabriel yesterday for hair rebonding but he suggested to do Kera Smooth and quoted 8k. I reconfirmed and again in from of the reception so I booked it for today. Today when I walked in he said it's a combination of rebonding and keratin so charges will be be more as 8k is for rebonding. I was shocked and walked away as I can't stand people who can't stick to their words. I'm not surprised why the salon was empty on a Saturday. Stop cheating and you'll earn customer loyalty for the brand. Shame on you Geetanjali Salon. I've know you all since Green park days when you started.

I recently had a disheartening experience at Geetanjali Hair Salon. During my haircut, I sustained a cut on my head, and to my surprise, the hairdresser didn't offer an apology or show any concern. Instead, the haircut was abruptly concluded, and a cotton pad was placed on my bleeding forehead. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy didn't end there. The receptionist, more interested in gathering feedback from others, neglected to address the situation. Even when another customer expressed concern after witnessing my bleeding head, the salon staff remained indifferent. This incident not only affected my experience but also left an impact on the new customer who had walked in with their child, resulting in an atmosphere of fear and discomfort. Overall, the salon's disregard for customer well-being and its failure to address a mishap make it an establishment I cannot recommend.
