Geetanjali Salon - Basant Lok, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi

I got my kerastase ritual got done from Divas at Geetanjali Priyas, Vasant Vihar. He does a fabulous job, explains everything, never tries to oversell. Anybody wanting to get a kerastase hair spa should definitely come to Divas! :)

I went to Vasant Vihar Geetanjali. I really like there services. And most of all they are following the COVID precautions to the core. I feel safe to go there. Amir gave me very nice treatment for my hair that is a new treatment called kerastriaght and colour too. Amir has a good sense of dealing with people and there liking. I really like visiting them often for my salon services.

I had the worst experience I have ever had. The staff gives you no attention when you come and act like you don’t exist. Then when my turn came, an old and very rude barber cut my hair. He didn’t listen how I wanted my hair cut and started snipping away. At times he yanked my head into positions which hurt and even grabbed my hair aggressively. I had such good hair and he cut it so bad that I feel ashamed going out in public. Recommend looks over Gitanjali

Wonderful experience . Friendly and experienced staff. Highly recommended ...

After being disappointed by looks salon DLF promenade i visited Geetanjali for haircut even after i had no appointment they still made an arrangement for me and allot me a senior hairstylist. Although i didn't get what i showed to him but he still manage to give me a beautiful haircut. I guess him name was kevin ( a guy from manipur who have blue hair). He was so damn friendly, sweet and funny. So basically i'm satisfied by the service.

Visited geetanjali basant lok for my husbands and sons haircut.. ‘horrible’ is the word i can just say to describe my experience.. We got an appointment for 7:30 for my husband., Sultan did a very bad job.. haircut was so substandard seeing Geetanjali salons image.. hair were not trimmed properly. Hair cutting was so uneven. my husband had to tell him to remove hair from face after haircut. Then he didnt inform for hairwash. Why on the earth do you take an appointment if your employees are not willing to work. We paid the bill and informed the person on billing counter regarding the bad experience but he was least interested as if it was very usual for him about customers complaining. Never seen a manager so casual in his outlook for customer feedback. There were other customers also complaining about other things but the staff was taking it so casually and not replying anything and customers leaving. Would never recommend this Geetanjali vasant vihar outlet to anyone. The management should look into this seriously

Had a lovely experience at Geetanjali. I got a pedicure and a phase spa from Ajay. He is very kind and professional, he does his job with discipline making sure his customers feel comfortable and satisfied.

I recently got a hair spa done at Geetanjali, vasant vihar. Neeraj did a proper consultation with me and then recommended a ritual suitable for me. He was really knowledgable, knew the right product for my hair concern and also gave me an amazing hair spa. His massage was absolutely relaxing. Will 100% recommend him and the salon!

Tehseem has been my go to hairdresser for years, he’s a professional when it comes to his work and will give results as required. Also keeping the current scenario the hygiene and safety measures kept are very good And the staff is courteous. Safe to go for a your salon visits Positive Cleanliness, Quality, Value

My go-to place for any hair styling or waxing services and they're super chill throughout the session. I usually book my appointments with: Hair 💇‍♀️ : Shoaib, Amir, Niraj Waxing / Threading 🧵 : Irene, Roshni They've also added a gel nail technician but better to book in advance since there's just one person who can get busy 💅 The reception staff is also very prompt and attentive. Their loyalty program is decent VFM and a big reason I keep going back!
