I went for a hair wash and haircut. Their price are very reasonable and the service they are providing is extraordinary. I have been to looks and Gitanjali.I was never this satisfied with their service. Here you get the best staff and the Owner is so sweet, and also in the top of it, they give the best service in very low prices, so must visit if you are in Gautam Nagar. My experience with this salon has been very poor. On my sister's wedding day, they changed the makeup artist without any reason. And they also applied very dull makeup. The entire wedding day was a disaster.

So my review is on the behalf of my relative. She is my sister. She went for hair service in this salon and the staff. cheap and the products they use. They are also very cheap. The staff is very highly unprofessional. They just keep interfering in your personal matters for no reason and irritate you Reach your saturation point after that. Also they don’t stop. They have no professionalism. They don’t know how to deal with customers on the top of it. If there is no required service, they slide the service in your preference. They try to force it on you even when it is not required. So my sister went to the salon and they burnt her hair. they never suggested her that that was not the thing that she has to do instead, just for making their part of money. They suggested her kera smoothing , and her hair got burnt. They didn’t even do patch test, and they said that patch test was could not have helped, but that is not true. Even the least professional in the market knows that even a person or child knows that you have to do a patch test after that also, they took literally half of the amount of payment and they are not even sorry about it. They just said that it will be it will get okay and the hair quality will get improved, but they did some Plex treatment on her hair then also it did not get improved now. The point is if she has to go in a party function. How will she go because they have ruined her hair and she cannot step out of the house and even took the payment. Never ever visit this place. If you want a disaster to happen with you, then you can go. And this receptionist whose name is Ranjana. She is very clever. She tells the employees / the staff to use cheap products on customers hair. When you’re not looking around or you don’t observe them. They change the product. You don’t know what they’re applying. I think that they apply expire product on peoples hair, I have even noticed that the product that they have Are very old they are using Shehnaz Hussain products in this generation. It’s 2026 and use very low quality nail paints. Also, I have seen using them on other clients as well. Rather I have never taken that service, but in hair care service, they have applied some sort of chemical. Whenever my sister washes her hair, her hair smells very very bad extremely bad in our house gets filled with that gas whatever release of chemical it so that is a very dangerous chemical that they have used and it’s not healthy, even their staff knows that they use a very cheap quality chemical because they will not come near you. They will distribute mask. How can you apply something on someone when you know that this is having such kind of high sort of a chemical and you have to wear masks for that and that is something banned in India, even when doctors are coming at your studio and they’re telling you that this is something that is not allowed. Just for making some mere money. You are making people take the service. This is extremely wrong and I think that this shop should get closed and if my comments gets deleted again, I will again, write it five more times, I don’t want people to Waste their money on this stupid Salon.
