Location - 4/5 ( From parking its 5 minutes walk ) Entrance - 3/5 ( The staff itself is sitting outside ) Welcoming - 1/5 ( The staff is not at all welcoming or professional ) Staff - 1/5 Hair dresser - 2/5 ( The guy was polite and trying his level best! But he lacked skills and experience ) Interior - 2/5 ( There are houseflies! The walls are extremely disgusting ) Value for money - 1/5 -The staff is not professional at all. -Some of them are taking phone calls inside the salon. -They are not well aware of their own packages. -The hairdresser did a decent job! He took his time and was trying his level best. -The hair wax is all over my T-shirt but it comes off easily. -I had to remind the hairdresser about my package that I have booked because the receptionist didn’t inform him anything. -The head bath water was warm and sometimes cold. -Some of the switchboards are not working. (Also please get official dress for the staff)

Extremely disappointing experience. Never going back. I went here with my sister for a manicure and pedicure, after booking an appointment in advance. Despite this, they didn’t have the proper manicure/pedicure chair available and made us sit on a sofa for the entire service. The service was terrible. The cuticles weren’t even removed properly, and the nail paint application was extremely messy, with visible brush lines and an uneven finish. It was so bad that I came home, removed it all, and had to get my nails redone at another salon. The manager’s behaviour was equally disappointing. In the middle of my service, while my nail polish was being applied, she came and asked me to pay the bill because she wanted to leave and close the accounts. She was also rude and kept making faces over the discounted price, despite the salon itself offering the deal on Nearbuy and having told me to pay them directly instead of using the app. Overall, terrible service, poor quality and extremely unprofessional behaviour. I recently got French nails done from here and I loved it. The salon is super cute. The staff there are also super nice and warm. The lady who did my nails, Sabina, she was really good at her work. She did the shaping exactly how i asked without once me having to tell her more. Even the white tips she did it so patiently and meticulously. Like all of the tips look uniform. Great experience here would definitely recommend. Price ₹500–1,000
